Please Note: EBT Post Hurricane Ian 2022. This condo unit is completely restored from Hurricane Ian. As of 2/1/24, our pool is nearing the completion of its restoration and may or may not be open before 2/10/2024. The beach is in very desirable condition. A limited number of shops and restaurants on Fort Myers Beach have reopened since Hurricane Ian. A grocery is three miles away, and a drugstore is in easy walking distance.

The view is fabulous, condo is clean and well equipped. Owner is very responsive to any issues that arise. Beach is quiet and shells are plentiful. So relaxing!!

Beautiful views from the balcony! Very comfortable bed. The unit does need a few updates.
We were very pleased. Overall it was a great experience. It does need a new shower head, shower curtain liner and a new coffee pot. We would definitely book this property again.

Elaine and Rollin live in Chicago, but spend about four months of each year at Estero Beach and Tennis Club (EBT). Since our first purchase there in 1992, we have acquired three other units, all of which we manage and maintain personally.

Why they chose this property

Our extensive search ended at EBT where we take family frequently. The eight grandchildren love the pool, beach and many nearby restaurants, shops and parks.

What makes this property unique

The view from the living room and balcony is outstanding, Santini Plaza restaurants, and shops are just across the street. Lovers Key State Park is just two miles to the south.
