A true gem right in the heart of Cannes centre: This spacious, just renovated, 5 bedroom loft is ideally located a short walking distance to the beaches, La Croisette, the Palais des festivals, the lively outdoor Gambetta Market and the vibrancy of Rue d’Antibes and all shops and restaurants.

This warm and cozy, stand alone, small loft building features a large living room with fireplace, fully equipped and spacious kitchen, washer and dryer, 5 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths and an office on the mezzanine level with complementary WiFi.

The apartment is on a split level layout with skylights throughout. The lower level, featuring a modern living room, equipped with a good audio Visual system, dining area and kitchen, is air conditioned. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also newly renovated. 4 of the 5 bedrooms have twin beds, which can be combined to be doubles. The 5th bedroom, considered the 'Master bedroom' with its own bathroom, has a queen size bed. The Master bedroom is located on the second floor. There is also a brand new pull out queen size couch in the living room.

The unique configuration of this loft makes it a very rare commodity, as it comfortably sleeps 12 and yet is within easy walking distance of the best that Cannes has to offer.

There are also a large selection of restaurants, cafes and bars all within 1-3 minute walk, as well as a bread shop, fruit shop, supermarket, pharmacy and medical professionals.

A short walk to the port will allow you to catch a ferry to St Tropez or Lerins island and an array of local attractions awaits you nearby.

Great place!

We arrived and the loft was beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. It is very spacious, perfect for a large group of people. You do have to climb 3 levels of stairs to get to the loft, which was not a problem for us, but would have been for my father whom could not make the trip at the last moment due to his health. Plus side, it is the top apartment and no noise from people above moving around. Working with both Cecile, the owner, and Claus, the manager, was enjoyable, as both were very kind and helpful.

The location is just great! Loved the market and bakery right outside the front door, and then there is also a small grocery store and Rue Hoche just on the other side of the market. Great shopping is just a couple of blocks away on Rue d'Antibes and the (sand, not rocks :) beach is a couple blocks further. And no need for a car, because the train station is just a short 5 minutes walk.

I definitely would recommend this comfortable loft to others!

Io e la mia tribù, dieci adulti e due ragazzi, abbiamo deciso di fare un lungo ponte pasquale in Costa Azzurra e la scelta del loft di Cecile è stata veramente una decisione perfetta.

Quando abbiamo parcheggiato davanti al portone eravamo un pò dubbiosi ma quando il gentilissimo Claus è arrivato e ci ha portato su ogni dubbio è sparito.

La zona living è grande e ben sistemata con il soppalco ampiamente sfruttabile, la cucina spaziosa ed ben attrezzata e le fotografie dell'annuncio sono molto inferiori alla realtà.

Le camere da letto e i bagni della zona notte sono comodi e luminosi e la camera "master" con il bagno in "suite" al piano superiore è veramente bellissima.

La Croisette (e la spiaggia) sono veramente a cinque minuti a piedi, il "marchè Gambetta" sotto casa è un valore aggiunto e la rue Meynardier vi aspetta con tutta la sua offerta commerciale.

Brava Cecile e grazie Claus con voi abbiamo un riferimento sicuro se decidiamo di ritornare in "Cotè d' Azur"!!!!



I and my tribe, ten adults and two kids, we decided to make a long Easter bridge on the French Riviera and the choice of Cecile loft was really a perfect decision.

When we parked at the front door we were a little dubious but when the friendly Claus arrived and took us to all doubts disappeared.

The living area is large and well kitted out with widely loft space, the spacious kitchen and well equipped, and the photographs are of much lower than the reality.

The bedrooms and bathrooms of the sleeping area is comfortable and bright and the room "master" with bathroom "suite" on the top floor is really beautiful.

La Croisette (and the beach) are really a five-minute walk, the "marchè Gambetta" close to home is an added value and rue Meynardier awaits you with all its commercial offer.

Brava Cecile, thank Claus.

With you we have a reference point if we decide to return to "Cotè d 'Azur" !!!!

We were seven women on our „ladies” short 4 days holidays in october 2015. I had an excellent contact with the owner – always responding in a very precise way on my e-mails. The apartment is located in the heard of Cannes – you have a small “marche “ every day 10 m from the location . 2 parking are available close to the location . The loft is on the 3 rd. floor -5 rooms and very big and nice cuisine with a big table to enjoy the quiet breakfasts and dinners. Exactly as on the photos !Even though we were seven- still having privacy. Claus who was our contact person in Cannes- was very supportive and helpful.

To be strongly recommended !!!

Very comfortable, excellent location

a lovely apartment, very comfortable and the location is fantastic - everything is within a 10 min walk - supermarket, great restaurants, the beach, with a bakery and the Gambetta market on the doorstep. It was 30 degrees every day so the air conditioning was bliss! we were welcomed by Claus who was very helpful through out our stay. (there was 8 of us) It was a pleasure arranging the booking direct with Cecile the owner. Cecile is friendly, professional and very efficient. We would definitely stay again and have no hesitation in recommending the Loft.

The perfect choice for a fun friends weekend!

I definitely recommend staying at the loft.

We had a lovely weekend and this kind of house was just what we were looking for. The location is perfect: you couldn't be more central just close to the station (but trains are not a problem, you barely hear them passing) where there is a huge parking area (literally 2 minutes walk from the front door).

The house is exactly as expected from the pictures, and ideal for big groups such as we were (12 people). You fit comfortably and the kitchen is well equipped to cook at home, long table to fit everyone or just a couple of minutes away from the busiest streets in town where all the restaurants, bars and shops are.

The owner and manager were extremely helpful and responsive within maximum 1 day to any email we sent asking for information. We had a chef come for a cooking class and dinner and they liaised with her checking that she had everything she needed (the result was perfect!).

I highly recommend this property for anyone who wishes to have a relaxing holiday in the lovely little town of Cannes. You can be car-free or easily grab the car for a little day trip somewhere around. It is, in my opinion, the best way to enjoy a holiday!
