Our vacation home is located within the beautifully maintained gated community of Briarwood in Naples. It's excellent location will make our 3 bedroom, 2 bath with heated salt water pool home your favorite. Our home has a spacious open floor plan with carpeting in the bedrooms and tile floors designed to comfortably accommodate 6 guests: fully furnished with all the comforts of home including a full kitchen with dinette; living room with vaulted ceilings, large flat screen TV, DVD, and music center with sliding doors that open up to the lanai/pool area; dining area with seating for six; queen size bed in the Master Suite included with reading area, large flat screen TV and access to the pool and adjoining ensuite bathroom with his and her

vanity, walk in shower and bath; across the home a queen size bed in the second bedroom with access to the pool, two twin beds in the third bedroom sharing the second bathroom. The laundry room has a washer and dryer as well as the items you need to keep your clothes clean. The lanai is furnished with two lounges, seating for 6 around the patio table, which is under cover, and grill for BBQ.

Palms and manicured shrubs surrounding the lani provide privacy at the pool.

Our Guests can also use the private tennis courts, sand volleyball court, basketball courts, playground and communal pools of the Briarwood community.

We have owned our home in the Briarwood Community for 4 + years and now lived here for over 2 years. After moving here, we have fallen more in love with Naples area, the weather is great, outdoor activities are endless and ease of access to anything I may want. My career before coming to Naples in the automotive industry has trained me the importance of detail, the need for high standards and quality, and the constant need to improve. I believe you will find those elements in the 1265 Briarwood home as you vacation.

Why Keith McCullen chose Naples

I have vacationed in the Naples Area for over 20 years, both week long vacations with the family and short get-a-ways and have fallen in love with Naples. After purchasing my home in the Briarwood Subdivision, this 1265 Briarwood Court house became available in the community. It is a beautiful home and has everything a family will need to enjoy a perfect vacation on the Florida Gulf coast.

What makes this house unique

The home has an open floor plan with access to the pool just feet away from any bedrooms and living room. A spacious master bed room with walk in closet and large 4 piece bathroom and flat screen TV. The good size second and third bed rooms are on the opposite side of the home. The kitchen has newer stainless steel appliances with granite countertops and the kitchenette table has special character with a unique pineapple center stand. New furniture and a large flat screen TV with cable make the living very comfortable and the central gathering spot for the family. Every major brand store and department store, along with unique boutique shopping is just a short distance away. The Briarwood Community is beautifully maintained and operated efficiently with 24/7 guards at the front gate, located just minutes off I75 and the Old Naples Downtown.

Terrific home in Briarwood

This is the sixth time we've been to Naples in the past 8 years and this is by far the the most beautiful property we have enjoyed. Keith and Beth have beautifully decorated the house in a way that makes it feel like a home. It is equipped with all the kitchen and beach items you could possibly need. We appreciated the privacy in the pool area and the outside kitchen. The location is only 15 mins. from the wonderful restaurants, art shows and beach area of downtown Naples. We also appreciate the close proximity to the Everglades, Rookery Bay, Marco Island and the Naples Botanical Garden.

Luxury Villa in Quiet Gated Community

We really enjoyed our week’s stay in Briarwood Court. The villa has been beautifully decorated and very fully equipped with everything one could need on a holiday away from home. It was very easy to live in and we felt very comfortable there. It was also immaculately clean, and everything seemed new. The owners Keith & Beth have obviously worked very hard to ensure that this is a very elegant and luxurious home from home.

We particularly liked the privacy of the solid screening surrounding the outdoor pool, fairly unusual compared with other Florida rental homes we have stayed in, and also the fact that the water was heated to a comfortable temperature, making swimming perfectly feasible even though we were visiting in January.

Keith & Beth live nearby and visited us soon after our arrival to ensure that everything was satisfactory; they would have been readily on call had we needed any help with anything, but everything worked perfectly.

I would recommend a trip to the Everglades to anyone visiting Naples - fascinating informed & educational boat trips starting from the Information Center in Everglades City, and also trips to the Botanical Gardens and State Park Beaches for anyone interested in Florida's flora & fauna. The Cheesecake Factory near the Coastland shopping mall on Highway 41 was pretty good too! A wonderful holiday with a good mix of activities and places to visit. Thank you Keith & Beth for enabling us to stay in your wonderful home.

Beautiful, comfortable home!

Our stay at this beautiful, comfortable home could not have been better! The home had everything we needed for our two week stay and more! Keith and Beth have thought of everything in making this rental feel like home. They were kind and gracious hosts that we are now pleased to call our friends. Their generosity to our children and to Jeff & I was beyond measure. We will definitely return to this home!

From initially looking at this villa through to arrival, the owner Keith was very responsive. Both Keith and his wife were very welcoming and friendly and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay at their villa; they even ensured that lights were on outside and inside the villa, and appropriate temperature inside for our very late night arrival.

This villa is beautifully furnished and very clean, with all furnishings and contents in excellent condition; it is clearly very well cared for by the owners. Everything was provided to ensure the perfect villa holiday. We took advantage of the bikes and each morning enjoyed a 2-hr bike ride before finishing off at Starbucks on route home. The pool was a delight; so clean and inviting and we would often finish off our evening with a dip.

You do need a car to get around but the location is perfect for getting anywhere quickly. This is our second visit to Naples and so this year we spent our days round the pool until lunch time and then off to Naples beach to watch the sun set before going off to enjoy ‘happy hour’ (highly recommend 'happy hour' in 5th Avenue).

I highly recommend staying in this villa but hope that there is still space for us next year as we will be back!

Thank you Keith and Beth for making our holiday so enjoyable and, all being well, we will see you again next year.

Ideally located and fully equipped holiday home

A wonderful holiday home, ideally located for visiting the greater Naples area. Handy for beaches, shopping, golf etc this beautiful property provides everything you could possibly need to enjoy your holiday.

With a good sized pool, outdoor furniture and barbecue it was ideal for our party of six adults to enjoy relaxing days by the pool. Bikes, cool bags, beach towels and a range of pool toys and beach pails and spades for children were all available in the home.

The home itself was clean, well maintained and beautifully furnished and is located only a short drive from Naples Beach, restaurants and shopping. The home also provides easy access to the road network for exploring the wider area.

As golfers, we were delighted to find such a huge variety of beautiful golf courses within a short drive.

Would definitely recommend this home for both young families and for parties of adults like ours ( 3 couples).

Keith and Beth are a lovely couple who go out of their way to make your holiday perfect!
