Conveniently located, it sits just below the Olympic Park area and across the highway from the Redstone Shopping Center. The shopping center has a movie theater, bowling alley, many restaurants and dining options, a grocery store, gas station and a post office. There's a convenient underground walking trail from Bear Hollow to Redstone. The Tanger Outlet Mall is also just minutes away!
Bear Hollow is on the Free Bus Route and only approximately 5-8 minutes to the Canyons Resort, 10-15 minutes to downtown Main Street and the Park City Mountain Resort and 20-25 minutes to the Deer Valley Resort. Want to ski Cottonwood Canyon? Bear Hollow is just a few minutes from access to highway 80 and approximately 50-60 minutes to Alta, Brighton, Solitude, and Snowbird and less than 30 minutes to the Salt Lake International Airport.
Walking into this darling condo, you'll see a lovely living room with a large, flat-screen TV equipped with Dish Network cable. With plenty of seating, the living room is the perfect place to unwind, with a cute patio right off of it.
The fully-equipped kitchen has Stainless Steel appliances and everything you'll need to cook and eat in. A large refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishes, glassware, utensils, pans, toaster, blender, coffee pot, dishwasher, stove, oven and much more provide convenience in baking and enjoying time with your family or friends.
The Master bedroom has a lovely King-sized bed with an attached full bathroom. You'll sleep well in luxurious sheets and enjoy a large, flat-screen TV as well.
One guest room has a Queen bed with television. The second guest room has a Full-over-Full bunkbed (sleeping for 4) and TV. These two rooms share an additional full bathroom.
Need to do laundry? A full capacity washer and dryer are located right inside this condo. There's full central Air-Conditioning for warm summer days, a gas fireplace and heating system for cold winter nights and even a heated garage.
If you need to print lift passes, Sundance tickets, maps of the area or coupons, you're in luck! A computer with printer are available for your use as well.
A stay at this home allows access to the Community Clubhouse where you'll find a Fitness Room, locker rooms, Pool (summer only) and large Hot Tub (year round). If you'd like a little more privacy, there is a "Lodges only" hot tub at the building you will be staying in. In the summertime, you can enjoy a great community BBQ Area with plenty of seating for a nice outdoor dinner. Renting a car?
