Sleeping a maximum of 8 guests, this lovely home offeres you a private Master Bedroom with a queen bed and a 5 piece bath suite. Your family will enjoy three guest rooms. The two upstairs have a queen and 2 twin beds and share a 'Jack n' Jill'. bathroom.
The bedroom on the lower level also has a queen bed and a full bath and is ADA compatible. All bedroom furniture and linens are new and provided. The laundry room as a new washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. The spacious eat-in-kitchen is equipped with Calphalon Cookware, Stainless Steel double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and glass top stove. The living area has a comfortable reclining leather sofa, love seat, and a chaise lounge. The dinette has a 'Gathering Height' Table and 'Fiesta' dishes for 8. Unwind with the 42' Plasma TV with cable , DVR with a library of entertaining movies.
The private backyard allows you to relax on the covered patio where you can enjoy the Putting Green or just gaze up at the vast star lit sky. A home you can truly enjoy!
For the Golfer: Test your skills on the par 72 campionship golf course at Johnson Ranch. This course will challenge you with dramatic elevation changes, strategically placed bunkers, blind tee and approach shots as it meanders around the mountains. There are about 14 more courses available within a 30 minute drive from Rancho Bella Vista. Truly a golfers paradise!
For the shopper: You'll find a major shopping development, including restaurants and a Fry's grocery store on the corner of Bella Vista and Hunt Highway. Near by, you'll find a Super Walmart, Home Depot, Kohl's, a Super Taget, and of course, with a little further drive you'll find everything that downtown Phoenix has to offer. For the Bargain shopper, be sure the visit the Flea Market at the Mesa Market Place. There are 'treasures' for everyone.
For a taste of the Wild West: Visit the Raw Hide Ranch in Maricopa, Old Town Scottsdale, or the Old Mining Ghost Town at Goldfield, you'll feel like one of the Cowboys or Saloon Gal's of old. From a gun fight at 'High Noon', to Buck Board and Pony Rides, Train Rides, and one of the Best Restaurants around, you'll have fun learning about the Old West from some of the meanest hombries around. Be careful, they might even put you in 'jail'!
For the tourist: Visit the Queen Creek Olive Mill for over 50 different varieties of Olive Oil sold, at one of the nicest gift shops in the area. The Casa Grande Ruins are just about 30 minutes to the South and you can catch a glimpse of how the original Arizona Natives lived. The Grandest of all the Canyons is just about 3 hours away and you can drive up to Williams and catch the Grand Canyon Steam Train (2 1/2 hours) to get you to the rim of the Canyon, on the way back be sure to see the beautiful Red Rocks in Sedona, and Slide Rock.
For the Sportsperson: There is Hockey at the NHL Phoenix Coyote's new arena, NASCAR and Indy car events, Arizona Diamondback Baseball, Spring Training, Arizona Cardinals Football (NFL) and so much more. Hike in the nearby San Tan Mountains or go horse back riding at Papago, in Tempe. And of course, did I mention GOLF??????

We live in Maple Valley, WA. It's quite a contrast from the lush green of Seattle to the Desert of Phoenix.
The Owner purchased this house in 2010
We decided to buy in San Tan Valley because our Sister and Brother In Law live just down the street. When we retire we'll have a 'snow bird nest' to go to in the winter to avoid the rainly winter season of Seattle. Meanwhile, we would love to have you enjoy it as much as we do.
We fell in love with the back yard and transformed the bright turquoise and fusha interior into a much more tranquil habitat.
The 'green belt' behind the house is a wonderful walking trail for that brisk morning walk. It winds through the whole subdivision and can give you quite a work out. We enjoy hiking at some of the parks in the area and just general site seeing, shopping and of course eating at some of the most wonderful resturants around.
Our second year in the Phoenix area and this house is ideal! The location is in a very quiet area, but only mile from good convenient stores and restaurants. The huge lemon tree and beautiful rose trees surrounding the putting green made the out door space so relaxing and enjoyable. The house has all the conveniences you need plus the owners will work with you on anything! Don't miss the place, except when we are there!
We had a great time in AZ. The house was more than we expected. It was very comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities needed. The private backyard faced south, so you get all the morning and afternoon sun on the large patio area. There is a also a green space and walking path directly behind the back yard. The putting green was also a bonus for us. We had use of the 3 different community pools, but only used 2. Frys Grocery store was close by as well as Walmart. There are many restaurants within driving distance. Queen Creek Shopping Center is within a 30 minute drive. The Olive Mill is approximately a 10-15 minute drive. And for the golfer, Johnsons Ranch Golf Course is down the road about 1 1/2 miles. There is also a free 9 hole pitch and putt not to far away. We really enjoyed our 6 week stay. The house was very comfortable. Made us feel so at home. The house has everything you could possibly need. We loved the south exposure back yard, the green belt, and the great walking paths. All the shopping is very close by and great restaurants. Expecially enjoyed SanTan Flat. Thank you Mary and Ernie for letting us stay at your house and for being so willing to help us whenever we called.
We had a great time. The home exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated and is very clean with many amenities. The bedrooms are decorated beautifully and the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the back yard with the putting green and the patio for grilling. Since we like doing our own cooking this was a plus. The kitchen is very nice and well equipped.The back yard is very serene with the green belt, open fence and beautiful plants. There are many restaurants and stores near by. The San Tan Flats Grill was one of our favorites.

This is a great, well-furnished home in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were very friendly and accommodating to any of our needs. Wonderful south exposure with lots of sun for winter residents with a nice greenway adjacent to the back yard. We are golfers and appreciated the fact that it was only 1-2 miles from the Johnson Ranch golf course. Grocery (Fry's) store also only about 1-2 miles away. You are only about 10 minutes from downtown Queen Creek for shopping, restaurants, etc.

Deposit of $700.00 is due to hold the dates, and the rent and cleaning fee is due in full one month before the stay. The deposit will be converted to the Security Deposit and refunded upon move out and inspection of the property.
