We bought this property as the only vintage gem among million dollar others. The small size, tranquility, location and enchantment made of this apartment our second home for weekends on the water, beaching and night living!
Sleep in, wine on the dock, stroll to the beach, walk to Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale downtown for many restaurants, bar and great nightlife. The vintage look and feel of this place with updated features make of this place a very unique one.
We loved our home away from home. Enrique was very helpful, the apartment was beautifully furnished and well maintained and immaculately clean. I would recommend to anyone asking. Even a fishing rod available in the closet to catch Big Mama. (I was only able to catch a small striped grunt!) Pictures are exactly what you get and the view from the dock can't get much better!
My husband and I visited this rental for a long weekend trip. From the first step inside the house we were impressed. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, some snacks and a welcome note from the owners. This was amazing after a full day of traveling. The apartment was very clean, very updated and had everything we could need. There were 2 televisions, a blue-tooth music system (never got a chance to use) fully equipped kitchen and so much more! My husband and I made breakfast and ate on the dock outside every morning. Very relaxing. Only a short ride to downtown. We walked it a few times but just a little too far. Would recommend renting a bike if you go that route. The owners were also super understanding on check-in/check-out times which made it so much more relaxed and made us both feel at home not being rushed. Overall a great getaway and would definitely use again. Thanks for being such a great owner!
My husband and rented this lovely condo from Enrique & his wife. We had no problem finding the condo or getting inside. Once inside the place was very cozy and very updated on look and overall decor. We were welcomed with a nice note welcoming us as well as a bottle of wine and some snacks. The kitchen was fully equipped, living room and bedroom were cozy and bathroom was a perfect size with an updated shower head. We ate breakfast on the dock every morning and loved seeing the boats come and go. Walked to Los Olas a few times but it's a bit of a hike. Recommend calling a cab or uber. Great dining, beachfront drinks, shopping, paddle boarding, etc. The owners were helpful, easy to contact and very understanding to our traveling needs. Highly recommend!
My girlfriends and I were looking for a cute place to stay and we definitely found it. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathroom and shower was well kept, and the place was decorated to our taste! There were three of us and while the place is better suited for two people, we made the best of it and had someone sleep on the couch. No complaints there. Highly recommend the property. Thanks for a great vacation!
This studio apartment was well taken care of. Owner was considerate of our arrival and departure times. The property was cleaner than most that we have stayed in. The view from the dock to the canal was peaceful and nice. The furnishings were new and nice and the kitchen was very well supplied and pretty. The listing description was very accurate and as stated, the location was great. We enjoyed going to Las Olas Blvd as well as Fort Lauderdale Beach and a boat ride from the Riverwalk area, all of these areas could be easily walked to or get to by water taxi. We will return.
