This garden level condo offers 1,500 square feet of living area that is wheelchair accessible all the way from the parking area to the inside of the condo. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms offer all the amenities. Casement windows in the kitchen area open up to your own serving counter area for the terrace with, or course, great view to the beach. Spacious beachfront veranda with gorgeous views to the Atlantic Ocean and surrounding patio with views to luscious El Yunque National Rain Forest. You can enjoy beach views of the sunrise and moon over the ocean from all living areas inside the condo. Great Property, quiet ocean front, attentive owners

This is a very nice property. My wife, mom, and adult sons all really liked it. The lodging was clean, well organized and a very comfortable place to stay. The quiet beach was just outside of the walled community. You are close to all that Southeast PR has to offer. We enjoyed plenty of activities in the area and recommend the region.

The town has a local feel to it (which we liked) but may not be for everyone. Plenty of beach swimming about a mile south. Not much swimming right outside the property. The town itself is nice but there remains some damaged properties for past hurricanes (we were told).

If you do barbecue carefully follow the cleanup agreement.

This is a nice place.

Fantastic stay in Luquillo

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo. The owners had provided everything we needed and more. Plenty of beach towels, sand toys, chairs, and snorkel equipment. The condo is well maintained, you can tell that the owners take pride in providing a neat and clean place to stay. The view from the back patio can't be beat. Reading on the hammock was pure heaven. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved Everything About this Condo!

We were met upon arrival by Dorisa and Frankie who went through the whole condo with us. The pictures are exactly as shown on the site. There were many things available to us during our stay: beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, ice chests, snorkel equipment and a Kayak. The kitchen was well stocked! A/C in the bedrooms and comfortable beds made for a great nights sleep. We felt very safe in the area and loved being away from the city! The condo is close to a public beach and several people walked over to where we were but for the most part we saw few people. We were a 5 minute drive from the Kiosks and went twice during our stay. I would definitely stay again and will recommend this property to friends and family! Thanks for a wonderful stay Frankie and Dorisa! ( and your recommendations were always perfect!)

Absolute paradise

Our family of 5 (including our 3 young adult children, ages 17, 18, and 19) just spent 4 glorious days enjoying this beautiful beachfront property and we absolutely adored every single minute of it!! This location is fantastic and we were able to enjoy diverse beach activities, as well as easily visit and explore the nearby El Yunque Rainforest. The condo is comfortable and very well stocked with everything you need to make meals at home or pack a picnic for the day, but there are lots of dining out options nearby (a few within walking distance, but it is most advisable to rent a car for your stay). There are many beautiful beaches in the area, but the walkable stretch of beach in front of the condo offers a fairly diverse experience, with people enjoying recreations such as snorkeling, fishing, swimming, kayaking (we enjoyed the one included with the condo), boogie boarding, beach combing, and lounging. The beach is popular, but not overcrowded, and the locals were so friendly, offering us helpful tips and information, and even offering us a friendly guided tour around the reef as we snorkeled and explored just steps from our front door-- we found Dorie-- and lots of her friends! The views from the condo are breathtaking, and I loved waking to the sun rising over the ocean in clear view from my bed (you can darken the room of you choose). Our 3 young adults shared the second bedroom and they all slept quite comfortably. We spent a lot of time out on the back patio, the view and ocean breese are amazing, we loved having breakfast and a few dinners out there, as well as enjoying long nights of laughter and fun, retelling all our adventures from the day. the condo is within very close proximity to the Luquillo Kiosks, where you can buy food and fun souvenirs and explore a different beach.

It is also close to a gas station and a grocery store for essentials. Frankie and Dorisa are incredibly hospitable and accommodating; and checked in with us via text throughout our stay to ensure that we were happy and comfortable, and to accommodate any needs we may have. We were very happy with the condo, we loved the location, and we think Frankie and Dorisa are the greatest!

Great Spot for a Family Vacation

All the other positive reviews are right! Not much new to add.

The condo is the best unit in the complex. Great beach and very calm with easy access. For more waves walk south; nice calm walk on the beach head north. We rarely saw anyone else in the other units so the yard was wide open for the kids.

The condo is just as it is shown and the host are very reactive.

Ideal in Every Way!

Frankie and Dorissa's lovely condo was the perfect spot for our family. If you're an urban dweller and "garden level" has any negative connotations for you, don't let that sway you--the whole building is built up slightly higher from the beach level, so even on the ground floor the view is amazing. And for us, being on the ground floor was an absolute asset--our two small kids could run around in the fenced-in area (which has playground equipment and hammocks) on their own, and it was super easy to haul stuff out to the beach, including the kayak that guests have use of.

Frankie noted when we checked in that most of the units in the condo complex are second homes for the owners, and most of the owners do not rent them out—so he suspected we'd have the place virtually to ourselves for the week, and he was right. On the weekends lots of local families came to the beach that borders the complex, but it never felt too crowded and it was a fun and festive atmosphere. Through the week we were often the only people on the beach, basically as far as we could see. The shallow, calm water right in front of the condo was perfect for our kids, and the snorkeling was great. Plus, it's an easy 5-minute walk to a beach with real waves (and the condo comes equipped with a wheeled cart that makes hauling beach stuff easy for that distance).

The condo itself is very comfortable and well-equipped, and was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, though it would have been nice to have a few more pantry staples available to use (salt, pepper, and nonstick spray were the only things there for use). The beach equipment was in great shape, and included everything from snorkeling gear, to boogie boards and rafts, to sand toys. The condo is also well equipped to handle kids--Frankie pointed out that there were bed rails we could set up for our youngest if we wanted, and there was also a portable crib and some toys. The terrace, which opens up from the living area and the master bedroom and looks out onto the beach, was a fabulous spot to eat and lounge.

Frankie was really responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. For anyone looking to stay in Luquillo (which is such an ideal spot for day trips to San Juan, El Yunque, the bio bay, and so many other places), it doesn't get better than this. It's a slightly further distance to town than some other beachfront spots, but the quiet and beauty are well worth it.

Ferry terminal in Fajardo or Ceiba Airport offer island hopping experiences to nearby Vieques and Culebra municipal islands. Kayaking at the Laguna Grande bioluminescent lagoon in Fajardo is an experience like no other.
