Eight of our family travelled to Toronto for a wedding and stayed in this house for a week in July/August 2013. Jerome and Kiran were very helpful during the booking process and in the run-up to our arrival. The house itself is modern and full of all the 'home-like' things that help to make a stay in a holiday rental a lot easier. It's very conveninet for the supermarket and trams / buses to all the attractions, which allowed us to visit everything we were looking forward to seeing in Toronto very easily. Highly recommended!

This townhouse was great. Perfect location. Lots of restaurants near by and a short walk to the Eaton Centre. Jerome was wonderful to deal with and easily accessible. Definitely recommend

Clean and comfortable house

This is a clean and comfortable house within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. There was plenty of space for our group of six women and one young child. We felt safe walking in the area during the day and at night. The home owner is responsive and available, if needed. We did not have to reach out to him during our visit, as everything we needed was already provided. We would definitely stay here again.

A haven 20mins from Eaton Centre!

Jerome was a phenomenal host! Stood by the door to the minute of our agreed take over time, he gave us a great tour of the house and all the facilities - it really IS superbly appointed with the kitchen equipped better I suspect than many peoples homes! Loads of crockery, glasses, pots and pans, baking gear and all mega clean and beautifully laid out.

There were six of us staying and plenty of space for us all, IF I was to pick probably the only potential change I’d switch the red chaise for a sofa to provide more comfy seating space.

The beds were all comfy, duvets nice and warm. Towels in great condition and loads of them. We used the washer and drier and they’re really efficient and quick. The garage took a mid size SUV with no trouble and is really secure, we didn’t use the patio set as no time but it is a good set, the balcony off the kitchen we did use for early morning drinks in the sun, it’s a very light and airy house.

We used transit to get into the downtown core, streetcars run five mins from the house so it really couldn’t be easier. There’s a Fresh Co grocery store 3 mins from the house, the Sultan of Samosas had a couple of visits from us as did Timmies right on the corner !

The neighbourhood is clean, feels safe, is ethnically diverse, a whole variety of shops within 10-15 mins walk, going north a small LCBO and Starbucks and some very tempting bars and restaurants we simply didn’t have time to check out.

Recommendation...... absolutely!! It would be hard to find a more accommodating host than Jerome, a truly lovely guy who was a real pleasure to deal with.

Great Place, Excellent Friendly Host, Jerrome,

This place is well equipped for cooking basic breakfasts lunch & dinner. In close proximity to a number of very good restaurants and pubs, however, it is about 2 miles to city center, and I had believed only 1 mile, and you must change busses or trains, so public transportation is not as convenient as I thought when I booked. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Great place and Very friendly and helpfull owner

We were here with 8 people and a baby for an international conference at Metro Conference Centre. The house is fully equipped and it is just 3-4 km from the city Centre in a nice safe area. Shops and restaurants walking difference. We could walk, rent a 'white bike' or take a taxi: everything perfect!
