GROUND FLOOR: The ground level offers a tiled foyer and 2nd living area which has a sofa bed suitable for one person, flat screen TV with a built-in DVD player as well as glass sliding door access to the rear fenced courtyard with outdoor setting and clothes line to dry your beach towels. There is also a bathroom on this level as well as laundry facilities with front loading washer and dryer plus internal access to the single lock-up garage.

FIRST FLOOR: The tiled open plan living area is positioned on the first floor and includes split system air conditioning (heating / cooling), ceiling fan, a large leather corner lounge (seats 6), and 40 inch flat screen TV, DVD, CD player and sliding glass door access to the main balcony with outdoor setting, gas BBQ and views to the park and surf club opposite. There is a dining suite adjacent to the modern kitchen which comes complete with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, fridge / freezer, under bench oven, range-hood, a glass stovetop and black granite bench-tops.

SECOND FLOOR: All the bedrooms are positioned on the top floor with the spacious main bedroom offering a queen size bed, ceiling fan, built-in robe, balcony plus a private and stylish ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom offers a double bed. The 3rd bedroom has 3x single beds. The main bathroom is also on this level.

    This property is offered fully self-contained and is not serviced. Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and face cloths are supplied with all bookings made after 25/8/15. A limited amount of toilet paper and dish washing liquid or powder and cloths may be supplied however we recommend you bring your own with you to avoid running out.
