Come explore all that Reno/Tahoe have to offer at this beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood (even within walking distance to a park!). Great mountain views and close to everything in Reno and Lake Tahoe. Only 10 minutes from downtown.

Amazing views of the Reno valley and the Sierras. The back yard also has a great patio (with nice patio furniture) and a gas BBQ. There's even a place to play volly ball. You're welcome to eat any of the fruit from our trees and bushes.

We are only about 30 minutes to Mt Rose and Northstar ski areas, and 45 minutes to Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows!

You can view the Reno balloon races from the back yard or go

see it at Rancho San Rafael Park--only 7 min from the house!

It was a very nice area that felt safe. However the house needs renovating.

  • 2 of 5

The house was pretty nice and in a very nice area that felt safe. The house really needs to be renovated. It has a very bad smell so we immediately got air fresheners. It appears to have the family living there so all the closets were locked and you could tell they were very established in living there. If you plan on using the garage it is locked. The owner seemed to be a very nice gentleman but we did have quite a bit of trouble trying to get a hold of him. I don't think we would stay again.

Owner's Response: Dear guest, I'm sorry to hear you found a bad smell in the house, as for the closet we do have one closet under lock and key for it is the "Owner Closet" which is used for when we vacation in reno,as for the claims that someone lives at the house, my family all lives over an hour away.please let me know what it was that made you feel like someone lives there, If the issue was all of the personal touches in the house, then I apologize for trying to make the house feel homey.

Good comfortable house in a nice neighborhood

  • 4 of 5

We were three families traveling together and we had awesome time together in this house. Enough space to accommodate us all and the kids had blast playing in the big backyard while it was snowing.

Nice Quiet Property

  • 4 of 5

Came to Reno to go skiing and stayed for 4 days. Property is in a quiet neighborhood and was a little dated but was very clean and we had a great stay. Property is a great value for the price. Will definitely stay again. Thanks

Street Vibrations

  • 4 of 5

We rented this home for the weekend of street vibrations. The house worked out great for us. Loved having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Jose was very easy to work with. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Loved the massage chair!! The backyard is wonderful but could really use some new patio cushions/patio furniture.
