A very accommodating staff!

  • 3 of 5

We had a great stay at the winery. We rented all three cottages for our family to stay in. They were very clean and had excellent staff. Very close to Alexanderia bay. A nice stay a little outside town. The only thing I wish we could have had was central air. Bedrooms were a little stuffy at night. We did stay on a hot weekend in July. Overall a very nice experience and cottages were the perfect set up for a family wanting a more laid back setting then a hotel.

A wonderful experience.

  • 5 of 5

Utilizing the cottages for my family for my daughters wedding worked out to be a great decision. They were clean, full stocked and the complimentary bottle of wine was absolutely the best.

I can't wait to take advantage and stay at other Home away homes!.

Comfortable & Clean

  • 5 of 5

This was our second time staying at the Thousand Islands Winery and we loves it just as much as the first time. The rental is a three bedroom two bathroom unit wherein we had three kids and four adults staying there and we were all very comfortable. The location of the winery is perfect as it's close enough to the tourist fun of Alex bay, but it's just far enough away as to where you can get a quiet good night's sleep without all of the noise. We got up in the mornings to go running and the locals down by the river are super friendly. The cost of the cottage is great for two families to split, plus we can buy groceries for the weekend instead of having to eat every meal out at a restaurant. I just love everything about this place-- we'll be back for many years to come.

Fantastic accommodations

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I stayed in the Winery Cottage for a few nights and then the Chardonnay as well. Both were very clean, well maintained, and well stocked with everything we could need. The cottages are very comfortable and warm; they felt like a home away from home. The staff was wonderful, friendly, accommodating, and just excellent all around. They gave advice on things to do in town and shared their favorite places to eat, etc. We loved staying at the vineyard, which is perfectly located halfway between Alex Bay and Clayton. We plan to stay there the next time we return. In addition, the wine was wonderful, and we were sure to stock up before leaving.

Nice and Easy!

  • 5 of 5

My party and I very much enjoyed the property! It was so easy to make a reservation, and checking in was a breeze. The property itself had all the expected amenities and a few more! I would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in the Thousand Islands area!
