Wife and mom of 2 little boys. I enjoy many of the pleasures afforded by living in an incredible city such as Milan.
When I travel, I like to live as much like a LOCAL as possible: eat at the off-the-beaten track places, discover unknown gems and 'live' in a cool neighborhood for a while. For this reason I decided to share my spaces and my knowledge of Milan with travellers coming from all over the world!

Milan is an incredible town and for me it's most interesting place in Italy where to live and work. I've been living here for 15 years now and still, everyday, I discover something new (it can be a building, a street, a restaurant...). Every single day there are plenty of events involving fashion, art, design, food... you cannot get bored of it!
The main benefit of my space is, without doubts, its LOCATION: you will live in one of the most vibrant, authentic and central neighborhood in Milan! From the apt you can easily walk to all the main attractions and hotspots of the town, from the Duomo Cathedral to the Fashion District.
From the moment we made the reservation, Costanza was quick in sending us a package about Milan. You could tell that it was important to her that we have a wonderful stay...her enthusiasm for this city is contagious! Her recommendation to walk through the Brera neighborhood's Thursday market was delightful!
The photos of the property are accurate, although even nicer in person. Great location...a few blocks from the train station, liberty architecture, a wonderful place for gelato 2 blocks away and a special new tapas restaurant across the street!
The apartment looks beautiful. Renovated with attention to detail.
Constanza was helpful in every way. Water and cold beer waiting in the fridge.
Great location. Very local enviroment but still close to all sites.
Will recommend this apartment and it's host in every way.
We loved our stay in Costanza's apartment. It is centrally located, making it easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was clean and had all of the amenities one would need for a short stay in Milan. There was a huge supermarket right in front, which was also very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were very clean. I also found Costanza to be an extremely helpful and responsive host. I would rent this place again if I am back in Milan.
I had a wonderful 5 nights stay at the Artists Loft by Costanza! The apartment is very pleasant, quiet, clean and relaxing. Perfect location, elevator. Comfortable bed. Costanza was extremely helpful, accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay at this apartment again and recommend it to a friend.
We had the best experience visiting Milan in large part to the friendliness and assistance we obtained by Constanza. In advance of our trip, she provided us with her own "Visitor's Guide" which provided recommendations to restaurants, museums, and shopping. We specially enjoyed visiting Casa Museo Bosch Di Stefano. This house museum has a private art collection of over 300 pieces of modern art.
Constanza's apartment is modern and beautifully decorated. It has all modern appliances and centrally located to many tourist spots. The walkability rating to shops, museums, churches, etc is excellent.
Costanza is an amazing host. She was extremely helpful and offered exceptional hospitality. Inside her apartment you'll find a detailed booklet of things to do, places to see, and restaurants to eat at. You can tell she's very passionate about sharing Milan with travelers.
Now, about the apartment. It truly is very nice, and even nicer than the pictures are. It's like a work of art. I'd definitely recommend staying here, and would definitely come back to stay. It's very close to the metro/tram (Port Venezia), which gives you access everywhere.
Thanks for everything Costanza!
