Enjoy this comfortable and cozy unit. There is an ocean view from the deck and direct beach access that is only across the street! It also offers a pool, grills and has a washer/dryer on premises. Monthly renting available during winter.
We really enjoyed our stay here. It is very peaceful and close to everything we needed. Had all the necessities available you could need. Felt like being at home rather than a hotel. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
Overall, enjoyed the condo, but the seating on the living room left a lot to be desired. The location was great & the pool well maintained.
This is a nice place in a nice location. Has 2 bedrooms, 2 bath...but you must walk through one bedroom to get to the other. Fortunately the back bedroom has it's own full bathroom so once settled the back bedroom folks should not need to walk through the other bedroom until they are ready to get up in the morning. Has an extreme amount of cable TV channels and Killer fast Internet (50 Down/20 Up MB/s). There are no instructions on how to get on the WiFi - fortunately I am a tech hobbiest and looked for and found the WiFi password on the modem and signed on with that information no problem. Ice maker works great in the freezer and I was happy someone left it on and it was full of ice once we got there. Did not go in the pool until the last day for a bit - but it was really nice and has a deep end. It looks to be shared by the building you are in and the one behind it (not sure but there was a gate to it). No one used it but us when we were there. There is onsite washer and dryer to share, hose and outdoor shower for washing off sand and beach salt. The beaches are really fantastic - very wide and uncrowded. Great if you are looking for a change from the busy Myrtle Beach scene. Not really a beach or ocean view from the deck we could see, but you can hear the surf! The beach access is about 3 houses north of the condo and across the street - has a brand new boardwalk in very good shape - though oddly no handicap access...or bathroom.
Mark is a great person to work with for renting - had originally rented for Mid-June, but was able to switch to Labor day when my son had a summer camp conflict that came up.
Living-room and bedrooms smaller than expected, although pictures were on the listing. No chest, dresser or closet for storage in either bedroom, although did have a built-in on the wall which sacrificed walking room. Bathrooms nice except for build-up of mold/mildew and soap scum in both tubs. Sinks and toilets were clean. Nice appliances...very dirty rug in living room. We were looking for budget, so.....
End of season...maybe shouldn't expect more.
The condo was clean and well maintained! Property is conveniently located near beach access and pier! Pool is large with plenty of chairs to enjoy the sun. As always love drinking my morning coffee relaxing on th deck. Thanks for letting us use your condo. Will definitely be back next year!
We had fantastic vacation! We loved the pool and beach access being so close. Mark was very generous and helpful. I would definately rent from him again!
