Location, Location, Location

As the title suggests, it's the location of this property on Seattle's waterfront that made the difference for us. Close to Pike's Place Market, the Great Wheel, and within walking distance to the monorail, my family was able to navigate through the city with no need for a car rental. We spent most of our time enjoying the sights and very little time in the apartment.

Now, with that said, there were a few things one should know before renting here: one, the noise level from the street. From the bedroom we could hear dumpsters being emptied, people in the street, traffic, etc. We were awakened several times due to this and it was quite loud. Second, the apartment looks a little nicer than it is in actuality: the towel holder fell off the wall, one of the kitchen cabinets would not stay shut, the appliances (stove and refrigerator) are out of date, and the kitchenware is minimal. The apartment washer and dryer is sufficient, but just that. Since we were out most of the time, we cooked minimally but we did have to cook. For the price of this rental it should be very well-maintained and include a few extras.

On the plus side, we felt very secure because you needed a code to enter the building and the office staff was helpful.

I enjoyed my stay but can honestly say I wouldn't rent on this property again. For a first time in Seattle it was a good location, but for a second trip I would like more amenities like a pool, larger space and so on.

What a great place to experience Seattle from.

This is the perfect location in Seattle. Situated between the waterfront and Pikes Place Market everything is in walking distance. We had a great time and will rent here again. The perfect weekend getaway from the burbs.

I booked for the weekend of March 17-19, 2017 for the Alley Court in Seattle, Washington. The property was clean and it had all the amenities of an apartment. This place was amazing! The facility was clean and in a safe clean neighborhood and gated as well. Walking distance to pike market and the pier. A nice view of the ocean. The staff for StayAlfred was very helpful and efficient. I asked many many questions throughout my stay through email and the team responded right away with all the answers. I am very happy with my stay!

The room was spacious and clean with nice furniture. The view from the balcony was good, with a mix of city and sea. I'll take this place over a hotel any day!

Located right beside the market. Rental was a bit dated. Book this rental direct. Don't book through They messed up the reservation twice. The great service if Stay Alfred fix everything. It was a good experience overall.
