What a wonderful condo and such a nice family

I wrote a review yesterday, but just got a request again.

Perfect location for me, the condo was perfectly equipped. Clean and modern. So comfortable!

Next time I visit Montreal, I would DEFINITELY stay here again. Pedro and Zulema and Yulima (I'm sorry if I spelled your names wrong!) were super great hosts. They checked on me to make sure I was happy. Not only did I love the condo, I feel like I made some good friends in Montreal with them.

Lovely, well-equipped apartment with excellent landlords

We have just completed our second stay at Pedro and Zulema's condo. It was a joy returning to such a beautifully equipped, spotless, apartment, and such a pleasure to realize that we could trust that our second experience would be as nice as the first -- which it fully was!

We spent 5 weeks in this condo and would highly recommend to anyone. It is a pristine, modern, and centrally located. All amenities we needed. The complex is friendly and the rooftop is a huge plus. We cooked out and dined up there often. As others have mentioned, the location is ideal to everything...we walked, biked, and metro to all. No car needed. Pedro and Zulema were amazing hosts. Spent so much time with us on arrival to give us lay of the we were able to settle in very quickly. We plan to return next year.

The Perfect Place to Stay

We spent one month in this lovely condo and enjoyed every day. It is well located to walk to Atwater Market, Sainte Catherine Street, and Old Montreal, all between 2-30 minutes. It is five minutes to rue Notre Dame where we found a number of nice cafes and restaurants such as Joe Beef, La Trattoria. Fifteen minutes takes you to the subway stop. Zulema and Pedro have thought of everything needed to make this feel like home. It was sparkly. clean, nicely furnished, the kitchen is well equipped for people like us who prefer to eat at home most of the time, the bath towels were high quality, and all the cleaning supplies were ample for our long stay. The balcony provides a nice view of the city skyline, especially at night and the neighbourhood was quiet. Our hosts regularly checked to see if we needed anything and we always felt they were there to assist us if needed. They gave us ideas of where to eat locally, the nearest grocery store ( five minute walk) and the nearest gyms. Plenty of maps and local information was provided as well. They are indeed the best hosts! Highly recommended.

A Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay at Pedro's and Zulema's Montreal apartment! As soon as we arrived, Zulema walked with us all through the neighborhood, emphasizing landmarks (so we wouldn't get lost!) and pointing out everything we needed to know in the area, including the nearby grocery. Back at the apartment, Zulema made sure we knew how to use all of the appliances and the various remote controls. Just in case, each phone is labelled with their number, and Zulema encouraged us to call with any questions or problems. (We didn't need to, but it was nice to know that they were so easy to contact.)

The real surprise, though, was the well-equipped apartment. Zulema and Pedro stocked it with everything we could possibly have needed: detergents, cleaning supplies, brooms and so on. Zulema joked that we weren't going to be cleaning during our vacation, but we had everything at hand from the first moment to take care of laundry, incidental spills and so on. The kitchen was amazing: all the utensils anyone could need, at least one of every pot or pan anyone could possibly want, and enough glasses, plates, bowls and so on to serve really nice meals, including wine and drinks glasses. There is even a handy footstool -- and reusable shopping bags in the coat closet, along with umbrellas! We couldn't have been more comfortable if we'd stocked the apartment ourselves. (And I don't think we could have done half as well. )

In keeping with that warm welcome, we found coffee pods and a variety of teas in one cupboard, and it was amazing to see the spice and herb rack, which meant we didn't have to fuss about buying those incidental items to make the evening meals we loved having at "home" after a long day of seeing Montreal. (Less grocery time! More Montreal time!) We are still marvelling at the thought and care that was put into welcoming us in every way. We were incredibly comfortable, and can't wait to return!

Fabulous. Comfortable, spacious, immaculate.

During our 2 week stay we enjoyed every aspect of the apartment. Well equipped, from cooking to laundry and of course sleeping and relaxing. We really did feel at home and our hosts were very kind and attentive to all of our needs. We enjoyed our walks to old Montreal, downtown Montreal, canal walks and trips to the market. Also within walking distance trips to the MBAM for exhibits and music and Jazz at the local pub and more! We will definitely return.
