New Harbor is a small coastal village in the town of Bristol, in Lincoln County, Maine. It is the home of Pemaquid Lighthouse and Fort William Henry. The town's lobster fisherman and 'Back Cove' were featured on an episode of the Discovery Channel's 'Sunrise Earth'. New Harbor was also used as a filming location for the 1999 film 'Message In a Bottle' with some scenes filmed at Shaw's Wharf.
This completely secluded 1700 square foot rustic cottage is nestled on 6 acres of private, wooded land on the Pemaquid Point Peninsula in New Harbor, Maine. It has new carpet throughout and new flooring in both master bathrooms. Laundry room has also been completely redone. This is perfect for the family who wants to get away from it all yet at the same time be close to many leisure activities. It has 3 bedrooms of which 2 have their own separate full baths and their own entrances into the cottage making it ideal for 2 couples vacationing together. Master Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, TV, Radio, full private bath with sink, toilet and step-in shower. This bedroom also has a doggie door for those who have pets. Master Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, TV, Radio, full private bath with sink, toilet and tub/shower combination. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds and is located just off the kitchen. Laundry with 1/2 bath and cottage is wheelchair accessible from the deck.

Additional Amenities: Additional golfing is also located at Sheepscot Links Golf Course. It is located at 824 Townhouse Rd. in Whitefield. It is an 18 hole course versus 9 holes at Wawenock Country Club.
Enjoy Hardy Boat Cruises from mid May thru October. Also cruises on Monhegan Island Ferry to Monhegan as well as running lighthouse, coastal, seal and puffin cruises. Old Bristol Days includes arts and crafts from local residents, parade, live music and lobster boat races.

Rental is $925.00 per week. A non-refundable deposit of 1/2 the rent, not including fees, is required to reserve cottage. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Pets are welcome after confirmation with owner. An additional refundable pet deposit of $100.00/pet is required along with pet addendum to rental agreement.
