Kitty-corner from Snowflake Lift plus ski-in access, this property is ideal for anyone who would like to be close enough to Main Street to walk there, but far enough away that you have spectacular hiking right outside your condo!! You're a mere 250 yards from Main Street, yet right at the bus stop that you can ride up after having a big dinner in town! You have full access to the Upper Village pool, complete with hot tubs (indoor and out) and the swim-out pool!
The entry door is on the second floor, and you'll have beautiful views of downtown Breck and Peak 8. The main level's completely open floor plan is ideal for keeping an eye on little ones, while bonding with your group cooking dinner after a great day on the mountain. The open staircase's half-flight of gently-sloped and carpeted steps lead to the hallway with 2 bedrooms. The master suite is at the top of the open, sunny staircase.

We had a great stay last week. The condo was very accommodating to our large group. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
The condo was clean and adequate to meet our needs. It is in need of some repair and renovations. Furniture was ripped and the carpet was very very stained. The transaction was good and the manager was helpful.
We stayed for almost two weeks in the summer with our three young sons. The location is fantastic. A walk to town, the gondola and the pool. Great hikes for the little ones just a short walk to the Snowflake lift. The condo could use a little updating though. Things are a bit run down. You do get a little road noise from Four O'Clock Road as well. Overall a great summer vacation though.
We loved the convenience of this property. It is 100 yards from ski rental, 50 yards from the ticket office, 50 yards from the bus stop, and about 75 yards from the snowflake lift. It worked perfectly for our family of 6.

This condo was perfect for our recent ski vacation in Breck! The Snowflake lift is right across the street and at the end of the day you can ski down the 4 O'Clock run right back to the condo. Having an attached garage was great for storing our gear and at night Main St. in Breckenridge was a short walk or car ride away. Great place to stay!
