This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath pool home overlooks a canal leading to Alligator Harbor -- a perfect spot for fishing, canoeing, or kayaking.The home is located on a quiet dead end street with plenty of room for the kids to play.

With boating access from your backyard, beach access just steps away, and a gorgeous private pool just outside the door, it's no surprise that many many of our guests return year after year.

The beautiful 16 x 26 foot swimming pool surrounded by a large open deck is the perfect place to spend the day swimming and sunning. The water is usually still warm enough to swim through mid-October. Outside is a hot/cold shower to wash off when coming in from the beach.

Free standing ice machine! No more trips to the store for enough ice to take to the beach! Ice machine provides several pounds of ice daily!!

About Faye Webster

Three families bought this home in 2009. Faye is retired and lives in the mountains of North Georgia. The Harrison Family has 2 young boys who live to enjoy Bottoms Up house every opportunity they get. The Abbey Family has 1 child and lives in Woodstock, GA. We all love home renovation and that is why we lovingly restored this home and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Why Faye Webster chose Florida Panhandle

After vacationing in Alligator Point for the last 10 years, we finally decided to take the plunge into vacation home ownership. The home is an easy shot from Atlanta, where all the owners live and offers a quiet, relaxing beach environment. The beaches are never crowded and you can enjoy the sand bar and all Alligator Point has to offer.

What makes this house unique

The home has its own private pool and private boat dock. Just steps from the beach, what more could a family need?

Great House Location

Very nice house, excellent location to access the beach and alligator bay, very quiet in January with hardly anyone on the beach. The tides get very low during the month of January so getting out to the bay could be a problem at low tide but high tide there is no problem and the bay is only a couple minutes away. Highly recommend Alligator Point for a nice quiet vacation in the winter months.

Quiet, relaxing, and family-friendly

We had such a wonderful time at Bottoms Up. It was quiet, relaxing, and a great deal of fun for the kids. It is the perfect getaway from all the stress but has enough to keeps the kids entertained. This was our second stay at this property, and I'm sure we will be back in the future.

Second time here...peaceful, relaxing, cleaning property!

We love Bottom's Up! This is our second time here. It is a quiet island with lots to do just a drive away. We drove to Wakulla and kayaked with manatees both times, the fishing is great, and beach is a just a short walk across the street!

19th birthday

.the house was exactly what we needed. My daughter picked it for her 19th birthday getaway, and once we arrived it was like being at home with the beach right outside. Ms, Faye has a lovely place here and we will definitely be very happy to come back if we get the chance. Close enough to get back to stores, and some restaurants, but still far enough away to be somewhat away from civilization so you can truly rest and relax. The pool is an added bonus, with the beach close and a pool you always have some time for fun in the sun.

We loved our stay at this cute house! It was very relaxing and quiet. The pool and deck are a really good size and the water was warm. The house is adorable! I loved the screened porches...I would just go out there at night and listen to all the sounds of nature and smell the salt air. Everything was really wonderful. We were rained in completely on the last day and the only thing I would recommend (but not sure where you would put it) would be more relaxing chairs or furniture. The couch is great but we had 4 adults and 2 kids and when your rained in and everybody wants to watch a movie, it was pretty cramped. But we made it work! And honestly, that would be the only negative thing about this place and I really hate to even say that because they really do think of everything here! We used the bikes to get to the beach and they have 2 wagons which were great for carrying beach stuff and coolers. We ate at Angelo's and it was beautiful and the food was good! We went through the week and got right in. This area is very vacant and you do have to drive a bit to get gas or "decent" groceries. We went to the grocery store down the road from Angelo's and it was terrible. It has a yellow square sign above it with the name on it (can't remember what it was called). Very small selection and all the meat was brown and had a reduced sticker on it. We purchased milk from here and got back and it was spoiled (wasn't expired either). So I would make sure to stop at a Walmart or go to a Dollar General to get basics and not this store! But they are really good in your directions when checking in on letting you know where to get groceries and gas! Will definitely stay here again! The property is very well maintained and the owner Faye is so nice and very quick on getting back with you!
