Entering the home, the Great Room is relaxed and comfortable. For added convenience, the sofa converts to a sleeper. French doors lead to the view deck just outside, where the southwest orientation of this wonderful home offers warm sunshine all day long, and amazing sunsets in the evening.
The Dining Room blends with the Family Room, where a stone top table seats 6 to 8 guests with ease. A sliding door leads to a private enclosed Patio with bistro table and barbecue.
Spacious and bright, the Kitchen has all the amenities needed for simple family meals or holiday entertaining, with an abundance of serving pieces and decorative dishes. A breakfast bar between the Kitchen and Living Room is the perfect perch to enjoy morning coffee and the daily news.
The Formal Living Room is bright and sunny, decorated with soft cotton fabrics in floral prints that give the space a romantic garden feel. The fireplace keeps things cozy and warm on chilly nights and adds the perfect amount of ambiance for fireside chats.
For those who enjoy al fresco dining on the Deck, the outdoor dining table seats 6-8 guests and provides stunning views of the adjacent canyon and city below. This expansive Deck also has an outdoor living room area with comfortable couches and shade umbrella. Step down into a separate and sunny area where chaise lounges invite sun worshipping and offer more great views. Below is yet another spot to perch and enjoy the sunshine and peaceful breezes that roll though the quiet canyon far below.
A large romantic Master Suite is a central feature of the home. A comfortable king-size bed is the focal point of this lovely room, with sliding doors opening to the Deck outside. The full Bath offers a large step-in shower.
The west facing Bedroom #2 is highlighted by a charming four-poster canopy bed with more sliding doors to the Deck. The quaint Bedroom #3 offers a queen-size bed. The hall Bathroom includes a shower bathtub combination.

The hillside landscape includes larger than life Century Agave plants and other indigenous flora. Exciting daytime activities can include hikes on nearby local trails, a day of shopping in the unique shops of State Street or visits to the historic Santa Barbara Mission or other local points of interest. It is important to note that there is no hiking or walking on the hillside or surrounding property below the home, but the foothills of Montecito and Santa Barbara offer amazing groomed trails to explore for hours.
