The location of this apartment is the very best thing about it. Less than 5 minutes away from a beautiful beach and 10 minutes from shopping and eating. The apartment itself is spacious and bright. That is where the compliments stop. The furnishings are cheap and very basic. The sheets and towels are also cheap and well used. The kitchen is supplied with cheap kettle, toaster etc...and there in lies the problem. The owner has gone cheap (not cheerful) maybe thinking the renter will be so blown away by the location they will not notice. If you can afford a holiday in Tel Aviv renting an apartment for £15000, you are most certainly going to notice! In addition when we arrived the apartment was dirty. We had to get the management company to get someone in to clean again (they blamed it on the 100 year floors).
There was no local information....no warning about Tel Aviv parking! Do you own research before you leave home. With a bit more loving care and attention this could be a great apartment.
