Great location off Rt 1. Close to outlets, beach, restaurants. On Golf course, walking trails. 1 king, 2 full, 2 twin, 1 king pull out. parking for 5 cars. Quiet area. Kayaks are in the garage for kayaking in the bay off the pier. The boat slip is also available for use. The water around the house is shallow (18in low tide, 3ft high tide) so keep that in mind when bringing your boat. Great area to jet ski in!.

About Gina

We are a small business owner in Wilmington, DE. We have enjoyed the house for many years with friends and family and look to spending many more.

Gina purchased this house in 1994

Why Gina chose Rehoboth Beach

We fell in love with the property almost 20 years ago because of the small community and tranquility. It truly is a home away from home.

What makes this house unique

Crab posts are there for crabbing off the pier. Kayaks are in the garage for taking out into the bay. Or just sit in the gazebo and enjoy the views.

Great house!!!

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time, the house has beautiful water views. It was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the new ping-pong table, and the kayaks!!! The owner Gina, and her daughter Amanda were helpful and easy to work with.. We will be staying here again..

Great location - good for families

  • 4 of 5

The location of the property was perfect for us. Being able to walk outside and have the dock and water right outside of our door was what drew us to this property. We enjoyed morning coffee and some dinners in the gazebo while watching the birds. Items that were provided with the home - kayaks, crab traps, fishing poles, gas grill - enabled us to enjoy a lot of fun at the house. We had our 3 grown daughters and our 4 year old grandson with us. There was enough room for everyone. The home was clean. The kitchen was nicely equipped and we made several meals there. It was a short drive to the beach and we were able to park at meters using the Parkmobile app on our iphones. We enjoyed dinner at Bid Fish Grill, Thrashers frys and ice cream on the boardwalk. We did see bees going into the wood in the gazebo and let the owner know about this. The windows on the screened in porch did not all work. But all in all, it was a good place to stay. The home does look like the photos online. Gina was very easy to deal with and we would consider going back to this property again.

Beautiful location, great customer service, accurately represented in pics. 4.5+ star review!

  • 4 of 5

The house offered the perfect amount of space for our family of four, with a ping-pong table in a back-porch-addition that overlooks the bay. Beautiful location with a deck and gazebo off the master bedroom, perfect for sharing morning coffee and enjoying evening sunsets.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, just a short drive to nearby beaches and shopping. Rehoboth Beach was quite busy when we were there (a bit too "touristy" for us); we ended up spending most of our time at Cape Henlopen State Park, where the $10 park entrance fee gave us access to free bike rentals, great bike trails, an air-conditioned nature center, and quieter (less tourist-laden) beaches with better water quality.

Gina was very pleasant and accommodating. The house is a clean, well-maintained older ranch home that has been partially renovated, and the older parts of the home (kitchen, bathrooms) are perfectly functional. Additional [aesthetic] improvements (i.e. newer living room couch, renovated back porch) would make this an even more visually impressive rental. On-site laundry room was great for cleaning up after a day at the beach.

We wished we could've stayed longer, and would absolutely consider renting this property again! We would recommend it to others with just one caveat - the Rehoboth Bay water quality is not very good at present, and although boating/kayaking is common there, swimming and fish consumption [from the Bay] is not recommended (per EPA).

Pros: Great customer service; great location in a nice, quiet neighborhood with beautiful views and amazing sunsets; nice, roomy layout; close to beaches/state park, ferry; central A/C.

Cons: Water and air quality - no swimming in bay, and occasional unpleasant odor in entryway of home - are the only issues that prevented me from giving the property a 5 star review.
