Spacious house in great neighborhood

I stayed here for a girls weekend in July. The home was really nice with a modern design. The house was very comfortable, especially the beds! It was a very close cab ride to downtown and there was a market nearby (about a 5 minute walk) where you can pick up sandwiches, beer and wine, and groceries. We had so much fun in Austin and I hope to come back soon!

Great bachelorette house

We had ten girls stay the weekend for my sisters bachelorette weekend and we loved it. Plenty of space and so close to everything. Highly recommend.

Nice digs in an awesome location

Kevin has done a really nice job fixing up the location we stayed in. To be honest, I did have a few minor quibbles, like exposed wiring (which fortunately we caught before my young child found it), an open fireplace flue which we didn't notice until it got colder, some burnt out light bulbs, a garbage disposal with bottle caps in it, and a deck with cigarette butts scattered all over when we arrived. But all in all, the place served its purpose nicely, and kept our group of four warm and toasty during a cold snap. The location really was outstanding, providing a great central hub for exploring the city. Kevin was very pleasant to work with, and was quick and helpful in his correspondences. Overall, yes, there were some areas where more attention to detail would have been nice, but this isn't a hotel, so I understand seeking perfection isn't realistic. We'd probably stay there again in the future if we have the chance.

Stop looking elsewhere! Stay here!

We were in town for a Bachelor party with 8 guys in the group. We rented both the Red Door and Grey Door units. They were perfectly convenient for all of Austin's activities! Never more than a 5 minute wait for any cab (i.e. Uber), and never more than $5-10 to get there! The units themselves are well done, clean, and spacious. With our group, everyone had their own bed. And with 2.5 bathrooms in EACH unit, the post-BBQ experience was bearable in the house of 8 dudes.

Kevin is an incredibly helpful host. He arranged to have groceries stocked per our request for our arrival so the party could start right away.

**A truly, warm appreciation and recognition is due for allowing the groom to stay an extra night in the unit at no cost when his flight was cancelled and unable to leave Austin until the following morning!** Classy service.
