We make the booking process easy and secure, no hassles or worries. You can book online through our secure website and see all about us, our properties and services; or just give us a call and we will book for you on the phone.

Please Note: VRBO is now quoting in US dollars as the default currency, email us for a proper bookable quote link. As we are in Canada, our rates are set in Canadian Dollars. In any case, the settlement will occur on your credit card in your currency and the exchange rate given will depend on the policies of your bank.

This is one of downtown Victoria's best condos in one of Victoria's Inner Harbour's best buildings. The Astoria gets high praise from both owners and renters as a wonderful place to call home (even if for just a few nights).

It is but a stone's throw to Victoria’s bustling Inner Harbour. Easy walking to the Empress Hotel, Royal BC Museum, Parliament Buildings, harbour ferries & seaplane services, specialty shops, theatres, symphony, Fisherman's Wharf, Victoria's Bug Zoo, Beacon Hill Park (our favorite) and so much more. Downtown Victoria provides a huge number of wonderful cafes, bistros, pubs and restaurants.

Secure underground parking comes with your rental with us.

Being a southwest corner unit, Astoria Vista offers you views of historic Parliament Buildings, cruise ships coming & going, Juan de Fuca Strait & the snowy peaks of the Olympic Mountains and beyond. All of this from inside the condo looking through the expansive windows and also from the two balconies.

Inside, you will find the living areas and kitchen done in bamboo flooring and the bedrooms carpeted. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and many extras to ensure you have all that you need to create your next culinary masterpiece.

To save you time and money, the following amenities are provided: paper products (including paper towels and toilet paper), bags for waste, plastic wrap and foil, hand soaps, shampoo, dish and laundry soap, salt and pepper, sugar and oil too.

The living room has a large flat screen HDTV with an excellent cable package and a music library and high speed internet for your enjoyment. Oh, and for an extra great feature, if you are a Netflix addict like I am, the DVD player here will let you access your own Netflix account and watch away!

We know that most people travel with their own music playing device, so we have equipped this condo with a player so you can do just that. Comfortable furniture and a spacious feel draw you in to relax and enjoy the views. You've just got to sit in the big round spinning chair placed right in the window. It is amazing!

The master bedroom has a King Size bed, and a shower tub combination in the full ensuite bathroom. Windows in the master look to and through one balcony for 'to die for' views.

The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, a nice desk and (once again) wonderful views.

The second full bathroom has a stall shower, perfect for anyone with mobility challenges.

A secure underground Private Parking space is included in the rent.

The Astoria building has an amenities/lounge on the first floor with a billiards table and is great for a meeting place. The fitness room is adjacent to the amenities room for your workouts.

Location, location!

If you have visited our website, you may have seen our Astoria Artistry unit. This condo has the same unique quality as that one because the owner is an artist and has decorated the condo with replications of her work. You can purchase and take home an original if you love it!

Great condo with a perfect location. Enjoyed the balcony a lot as weather was fantastic most of the month. Loved the view of the Olympic Peninsula Mountains, the city especially at night and the legislative buildings.

The condo was well stocked with kitchen necessities.

All in all we truly enjoyed our stay. Liz and Sharon at Victoria Prime are so nice to deal with. This place is a keeper-would love to come back again.

We had a great holiday in Victoria .The Astoria is the best and the views from the condo were fantastic. The condo was very clean ,comfortable and Sharon is a great concierge. Thanks very much hope to return again.

Home for Christmas

Our family (2 adults + 2 littlies) had a wonderful & memorable time staying in Astoria Vista over Christmas. We booked several months in advance, and Liz & Maureen were in constant communication with us, which was very helpful & informative.

Once we arrived Sharon's warm & cheerful welcome in the front lobby was amazing (especially after 24hours of travel with 2 kids under 2). She also had the best tips for food & sights in the area. As a Victoria ex-pat, I know this is the best spot for anything & everything. Steps from the inner harbour, Beacon Hill & Cook St, really doesn't get much better! And the views are amazing to wake up to. Our 2 yr old would sneak into the lounge room, sit on the circle chair & watch all the "beautiful lights"!

The apartment had everything we needed to settle in straight away for our month long stay. It was warm and friendly. And having an underground parking spot in the middle of winter was extremely handy!

The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms & kitchen were spotless and the in suite laundry was new & reliable.

We'll definitely be returning to the Astoria Vista. The apartment was everything we could have asked for, but the amazing customer service & help from the team at Victoria Prime was definitely the cherry on top!

Great hideaway in the midst of everything!

Great views, great personal space, two balconies. Security like a bunker! But appreciated, even if it seemed like overkill in a city that is apparently very safe! Couldn't get enough of the view. Appointments were very well thought out. Rules were a bit much, but manageable. Be aware, when two couples are sharing that the second bedroom is very small and the bathroom is through the living room and down the hall. There is one TV for all. There is no a/c which was not a problem for us, but with windows open all the time, it gets pretty noisy, especially about 5a when the trash trucks are working. Your neighbor is the JW Marriott, to help you with mapping. Easy walking to everything. Try 10 acres for a nice evening meal!

We would certainly stay again, we had a wonderful time.

Spring getaway

This was such a stress free way to take a vacation! Victoria Prime answered our emails quickly and it was a pleasure to deal with them. The condo met all our needs and is exactly as described on the website. It is a perfect location, very clean, beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed, parking is convenient. We walked to Beacon Hill Park, the harbour, shopping, great restaurants,and a great market for groceries. Sharon, our concierge was available to answer any questions and was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful October visit to beautiful Victoria made all the better by our choice of accommodations. The condo at Astoria was clean, well appointed, very comfortable, super view, well located and just overall wonderful. Sharon, our contact with Victoria Prime, did an amazing job of making us comfortable in the condo and providing local knowledge for restaurants and other tips. Don't hesitate to choose Victoria Prime as its that personal service aspect you will never see from a standard hotel that makes this a much better choice.

First timers visiting Victoria

My wife and I are from Idaho and were joined by our good friends friends from Florida for a five day stay to explore Victoria. We were met at the condo by Sharon, who gave us a tour of the facility showing us everything about the space, including the underground parking, along with pointing out numerous restaurants and sites to see on a city map. Sharon also gave us her cell phone number and instructions to call anytime, day or night, if we needed help or had any questions. The weather was beautiful and you can walk everywhere, so next time we might leave the car in Washington. Accommodations were excellent, and very secure property.

PAYMENT An advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Payments outside of Canada may be made in the form of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfers. Bank money orders, cashier’s cheques or personal cheques are payment options (for Canadians only) payable to Victoria Prime. Cheques must be secured by a credit card authorization while in route. Email transfers (Canadian banks only) can be sent to contact@victoriaprime.com. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date. All payments are in CANADIAN DOLLARS. All reservations will be charged a Booking Fee.
CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT Guests must provide credit card details as a guarantee of payment to Victoria Prime. Guests accept all terms and conditions of the rental agreement and accept all liability for rent and charges related to property rental, as well as any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the term of the rental. Guests understand that these costs will be charged to the credit card provided. In the absence of another payment agreement, guests authorize Victoria Prime to charge the credit card provided for payment of these items. The guest whose credit card is on file alone is liable for all payments and damages on a reservation and is fully responsible for the full reservation rent and charges.
CANCELLATIONS A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less a $50 admin fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent, deposit or cleaning fee. However, if we are able to re-rent the property for the dates cancelled, we will be happy to refund all or any part of that.

50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates.
The balance of rent is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date.
No tax on 30+ day rentals.
