Belvedere Escape, the newest addition to our inventory, is a bright, 1030 sq. ft. corner-suite condo with large windows, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and underground parking. Built in 2006 and newly repainted, furnished and equipped, it has all the comforts of 2 Queen beds with hotel quality linens and towels. The kitchen is designed with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (microwave, convection oven, glass stove top, dishwasher, fridge/freezer). Also included are coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes/cutlery/glasses for 8, pots and pans, utensils, tea towels and dish cloths. There is also an ensuite stacking washer and dryer.

The Belvedere is a secure, executive-quality condominium in a suberb location. It's located 2 blocks from the Empress Hotel, the Inner Harbour and Beacon Hill Park, and steps to The Marriott Hotel, and walking distance to the Coho Ferry to Washington State and to the BC Pacific Coach Bus Terminal. From the condo you can readily enjoy Victoria's picturesque Inner Harbour known for its waterfront walks, flower beds and hanging baskets, water-taxis, sightseeing and whale-watching excursion boats, street performers, horse-drawn carriage rides, tour buses, the Robert Bateman gallery, the Royal BC Museum and IMAX theatre, historic Helmcken House, and the impressive lights of the beautiful BC Legislature at night. The lively waterfront is handy to many interesting shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Beacon Hill Park offers 75 hectares of flower and rock gardens, a medieval-style stone bridge, duck ponds and Children's Farm. Majestic trees shade walking trails that lead to the popular Dallas Road waterfront overlooking Juan de Fuca Strait. The nearby Cook Street Village, with its small gourmet shops and cafes, has a wonderful ambience. You will want your camera with you everywhere!

Important Notes:

The Belvedere has no storage area for bikes.

We recommend renting bikes while you are here, many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.

If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.

Parking by building.

VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control.

There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings.

No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP.

A fantastic unit conveniently located. Most of the sites of Victoria were within walking distance of the Belvedere. The unit itself is nicely furnished and the washer/dryer comes in handy. Sharon, our concierge, was very responsive and helpful with our arrival. She was easily reachable by either phone, text, or e mail. Especially convenient location if arriving by Victoria Clipper with no car, or by BC Ferries transit. Victoria Clipper landing is 1/2 to Belvedere and the BC Ferry bus termainal is across the street, a two minute walk. Highly recommend this unit.

Lovely light-filled condo with super views

This 8th floor rental was clean and stylishly decorated. We also liked the 2 BRs and Baths on either side of the living space. The balcony was a great spot to enjoy the views of the city, including the Empress. We loved the walkability of the location to the inner harbour and shops/restaurants.

The downside of this building was for us, and especially for my 48 yr old daughter and and me (72), the annoying security system. We didn't like having to use the fob to open all doors, operate the elevator, etc. As bright and open as the apt. was, the entry into the condo was confining. Our 14 year old daughter/grand daughter and her friend, on the other hand, had no problem with all the locks. Maybe it's a generational thing!!

Perfect

This rental has two great virtues. The first is the condo itself; it is a centrally located, clean, spacious unit that includes private underground parking. The second great virtue is the property manager, Sharon. She is a wonderful concierge who, despite having to check us in at the condo at 1:00AM due to our flight delays, enthusiastically settled us in, providing us with maps and great visitor recommendations. I would definitely stay here again.

Downtown Victoria

This place was beyond our expectations! It was fabulous; with lots of extras and the managers really care about their guests having an enjoyable stay. Offering many places and choices to go see and explore. Extremely clean and the furniture, linens, kitchen stuff, and technology is all NEW. Everything was just as the photos showed with attention to details...and the views are amazing, the friendly city and of course the weather is fantastic! There is however no AC in the unit but with the windows open came nice breeze. Do expect some noise from the streets below since after all you are in downtown the middle of everywhere and within easy walks. So walkable and so many excellent restaurants and unique foodie places to eat and the list goes on! Thanks for a great place to stay…can’t wait to come back again!

Perfect location!

My husband and I arrived with our two kids (12 & 15) and Sharon the concierge was there to greet us. She had AMAZING suggestions on where to eat and things to do. So friendly and kind, we liked her right away.

The apartment is absolutely perfect. Spacious, clean and well equipped. The location couldn't be better, we could see the Empress from our balcony! We walked everywhere and even utilized the Marriott concierge next door, who hooked us up with tickets and a shuttle to Butchart Gardens. The Marriott also let us exchange money with no fees of any kind. All the way around, we loved it. We felt incredibly safe and well cared for. We would absolutely recommend this property and would stay there again!

Great in Many Ways

This apartment was ideal for two couples. Every amenity we needed was available. Views were great from the balcony. We were close to just about everything and could walk to most things easily. Nice to have parking on site. We appreciated the attention to detail from the check in process all the way through. Their book of information was helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Victoria for a few days or even a month. Victoria Prime took care of all the details...great company to work with. We rent places like this when we travel and this one was fantastic.

Excellent stay

Perfect location in Victoria. Close to Beacon Hill Park, Inner Harbor, restaurants, shopping.

Condo is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Ideal for 2 couples with the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Great secure parking. Bruce and Sharon from Victoria Prime were great to deal with. We would highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting Victoria.

PAYMENT An advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Payments outside of Canada may be made in the form of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfers. Bank money orders, cashier’s cheques or personal cheques are payment options (for Canadians only) payable to Victoria Prime. Cheques must be secured by a credit card authorization while in route. Email transfers (Canadian banks only) can be sent to contact@victoriaprime.com. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date. All payments are in CANADIAN DOLLARS. All reservations will be charged a Booking Fee.
CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT Guests must provide credit card details as a guarantee of payment to Victoria Prime. Guests accept all terms and conditions of the rental agreement and accept all liability for rent and charges related to property rental, as well as any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the term of the rental. Guests understand that these costs will be charged to the credit card provided. In the absence of another payment agreement, guests authorize Victoria Prime to charge the credit card provided for payment of these items. The guest whose credit card is on file alone is liable for all payments and damages on a reservation and is fully responsible for the full reservation rent and charges.
CANCELLATIONS A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less a $50 admin fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent, deposit or cleaning fee. However, if we are able to re-rent the property for the dates cancelled, we will be happy to refund all or any part of that.

The balance of rent is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date.
