Renovated Mid-Century Alexander in great central Palm Springs location close to downtown. This home is situated on a quarter acre lot on the west side of the street with stunning views of the San Jacinto mountains. The open concept plan has vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking the back yard. The updated island granite kitchen has stainless steel appliances. There is a fireplace in the living room for those cool winter nights. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath. There are two additional bedrooms and another bath. Both baths have granite counter tops. The main living area has porcelain tiles and the bedrooms are carpeted. The washer and dryer are inside the house and there is a pantry.
The backyard is totally private. Entertain guests or enjoy peace and quiet on the large patio with moveable sun awning. Enjoy swimming in the sparkling pool and the beautifully landscaped grounds. We stayed in this lovely home for 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. The home is well equipped with virtually everything you need. The pool had some shade throughout the day and the wonderful citrus trees smelled wonderful. We enjoyed the nice neighbourhood. Brian was very attentive and made sure that everything was okay when we arrived, and tried to get us in early. We will be coming back!
From the moment we stepped in until our departure we found the house to be compact and convenient. Well maintained. Everything necessary was available and all was of good quality and it worked. Great yard for reading, lounging and outdoor meals. Beautiful pool. Good beds. Equipped kitchen. Nuce neighborhood, convenient location. Helpful owners. Having rented approx. 35 houses in the US and carribbean, this house is worth its price.
