This 3 bedroom / 2 bath unit located at Tiki condominiums. It is the ideal vacation getaway! It's perfect for family and friends to enjoy. This condo is close to the pool area as well as a few steps away from south padre’s white sandy beach.

Enjoy beach views and gulf breezes from the over-sized balcony facing the 2nd pool (unit is not directly on the ocean) , lounge at one of Tiki's 2 heated pools, stroll through the tropical grounds in one of south padre island's most popular beach front resorts or use our property grills to make some barbque ribs & fajitas.

Prepare your favorite meals in a tastefully updated, fully stocked kitchen with granite counters and contemporary cabinets including oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, stove, blender, coffee maker and utensils. Sheets & bath towels are provided.

Entertain, cheer on your home team or catch up on your favorite movies in the spacious living area outfitted with comfortable furnishings, cable, DVD player and free wifi.

Rest in comfort of our temperpedic beds, soft pillows and 500 thread Egyptian linen. The first guest room called the 'silver room' has 1 queen size bed, the second guest room the 'kids room' has 2 twin beds and the 'antique gold' master bedroom has a king size bed. In addition, the living room sleeper is a queen fold out bed. There's a full inflatable bed available for groups of more than 8 people. Wash away the sand in our 2 stylish, accessible walk-in tile showers, 1 in the master & the other in the hall close to the other rooms. This condo also comes with a washer and dryer, detergent not provided.

Great Spacious condo, great value, you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful location! Wonderful condo! Wonderful owner. Condo had all the home essentials ( blender, pots/pans, dishes to include beach essentials (chairs, umbrellas, toys for the kid). Would have saved me a ton of space knowing the condo had it all. Pool is 100 for away. Beach access was about 70 yards away. Condo was very well kept and modern. I honelsty thought it was to good to be true. I will definently stay again.

Awesome location, well kept condo... will definitely be back

Group of friends came down to South Padre for Memorial Day weekend... the location was awesome and the condo was very nice and extremely well kept. We will definitely be returning!

Absolutely amazing!

We enjoyed staying at this condo so much ! It was absolutely gorgeous , beds were comfortable . We had a view of the ocean and enjoyed the private beach access . The owner is so kind and pleasant , she called to check in if everyrhing was going ok and if we needed anything. Best vacation ever ! We will definetly be back !

Relaxing group getaway

This is our 3rd time renting this condo and we plan on coming back! The condo is so cute and right on the beach. 2 couples,

2 single adults, and 1 Rottweiler comfortably stayed for 4 nights. We spent most of our time this trip down at the beach, but have always enjoyed the pool also. We brought our own beach stuff but still ended up using some of the beach chairs and other things the owner provides. Since thr last yimr we visited they have changed out the couch and a few other things. Amazing snag for the price!!

Fantastic condo! So close to the beach.

We loved the way it was decorected and had lots of space. There was only 3 of us so we all had our own rooms and it was so relaxing. Was worried Clayton’s Bar was gonna be loud but it was off season so not a lot of late activity and you can’t hear anything from inside. It’s not even too loud when outside. Water is not hooked up to the refrigerator so there is no ice but someone left a bag for us. You can also buy ice right outside the building. Sand was tricky but we kept a bucket of water outside the door to wash our feet and flip flops each time we entered and it really helped keep it clean. (With the exception of our last day when we bolted in tending to a run in with a jelly fish. The office has meat tenderizer and there is baking soda there which was recommended by Mayo Clinic followed by a long hot shower and that really helped.) The tiled balcony gets very slippery when in rains. The remote in the master does not work. Bring some extra toilet paper with you (thank you other reviewer for the tip.) There was a very minor leak in the ceiling above the dining table due to torrential rains but we texted them and someone came right over. A hotel or something is just starting to be built next door which may make it busier but they never started working too early. Very quiet. After seeing much of the island we were very thankful we had chosen this place. So hope we can stay there again and I’ll recommend it to anyone I know going to the island.
