Our home/cottage sits on the shore of Rangeley Lake in the Rangeley Manor complex . Enjoy it's sunny open layout with views of the lake and mountains as you eat your breakfast, lunch or dinner, read in the sun room or while lounging in the living room. There is use of inside and outside fireplaces, fire wood, outside deck, grill, private dock, canoe, and an association marina, with the association beach a short distance from the front door. We have hiking trails within walking distance or many only a short drive. The town of Rangeley is just one mile away with many restaurants, shops, a town park, chamber of commerce, grocery store, convience stores etc. In the summer local airplane rides and boat tours available. During the winter season Saddleback Mountain, known for its great family skiing and cross-country trail system, is a beautiful short 20 minute drive away and many snowmobile trails begin from just outside the cottage door. It is definitely a winter wonderland.

About Belinda Ledue

My four siblings and I own and manage this beautiful property which was our dad's last home prior to his passing in 2004. He proudly built this in the Rangeley Manor complex on his last waterfront parcel after he and our mother had retired from managing the whole complex for 12 years and falling in love with Rangeley. They raised us in Auburn and Rangeley Maine and we all still live in New England and enjoy Rangeley whenever time allows. We hope you will find our home as comfortable and cozy as we always have.

We all had such an amazing trip! The house was so amazing.

  • 5 of 5

Belinda was so wonderful to deal with for getting everything all set for our stay. The house was so clean and comfortable. We brought our snowmobiles with us and it was wonderful to walk out the door and get on the trails.

I loved sitting in the sun room looking at the view. My kids loved seeing all the deer that came up to the house each day for a snack.

I know we will totally be coming back again.

Thank you Belinda for making it a great trip with lots of memories.

Paradise on the lake

  • 5 of 5

We have stayed in this camp for the last two summers and will be returning this year. The views are amazing, the house is spotless, the furniture comfortable and it has great appliances including a dishwasher and washer/dryer which is a big plus if you stay longer than a week. A definite upgrade from the rustic camps we stayed in when our kids were small ! There is a private dock for alone time but the property is adjacent to a community beach if you want to be social. We were concerned the beach might be noisey but it is not. There is a handy launch for kayaks and canoes and a small marina within an easy walk. The location is close to Town which is very convenient. The only thing the house lacks is a screened in porch but the large front sun room makes up for that most of the time. Belinda is easy to deal with and very accommodating. We love Rangeley and this camp!

Lovely Log Cabin on the water!!

  • 5 of 5

This log cabin overlooking Rangely Lake in Maine was one of the best cabins we have ever stayed at! The cabin was spotless and the furnishings were lovely. My favorite of all the rooms was the Sun room with all the beautiful windows overlooking the lake.

My husband and I take all of our vacations now in the Northwoods because of the beautiful scenery! Rangely by far is the most beautiful area with so many lakes and all the surrounding mountains. The house also by far was perfect and we are planning in the future to return to this log cabin again. Can't say enough about this log home!!

Home away from home

  • 5 of 5

Two couples stayed for 2 nights late September. The cabin's location steps from the edge of Rangeley Lake was wonderful and easy to find with owner's directions. The cabin was as pictured, spacious yet cozy. My favorite spot was in the sunroom with the beautiful views. We enjoyed a small fire in the wood stove each evening. (wood was provided!) The beds were comfortable and it was really nice for each couple to have their own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and even though we did not cook any meals there, if you were staying longer I think you would have everything you needed, including spices. We did use the coffee maker in the mornings and enjoyed our coffee outside on the deck with the lovely views of the lake and the mountains. The cabin is located next to the "beach" for the community so in summer this spot may be busier, but when we stayed, it was quiet. We only saw one other person during the 2 days we were there. We saw more geese, loons and deer than people! No moose though! A little traffic noise from Rt. 4 could be heard in the distance when you were outside, but nothing that disturbed the peaceful setting. The owner, Belinda, was very nice to work with. She was prompt in responding to my initial inquiry (something that not all owners are) and she gave us great directions. She even called back to suggest we stop at Small's Falls on Rt. 4 on the way to the cabin. It was a beautiful spot and the waterfall was lovely and close to the parking lot. Without her suggestion, I think we would have driven right past the turn off, as it is not very well marked. I was always able to reach her by phone but just in case she also gave me her brother's phone number. This came in handy as we had a small problem when we arrived at the cabin and couldn't reach Belinda right away, but her brother was able to help us. We loved the location so close to the town of Rangeley which is a pretty little town, much nicer than some of the towns we drove through on the way up from Portland. Not all the restaurants and places to eat were open at this time of the year so check before you go out to eat. We ate dinner one night at Parkside and Main and the second night we got pizza to go from The Red Onion. We would recommend both places! Rangeley is surrounded by many scenic drives. Rt. 17 is beautiful with stops at Height of Land and Coos Canyon. Rt. 26 has Grafton Notch SP with Screw Auger Falls right next to the parking lot. We loved our stay!

One of the nicest in the Manor

  • 5 of 5

This house is pristine and spacious. Having two bathrooms makes it a home run in my book but it is also very nice in most every way.

Best Location on the Lake!

  • 5 of 5

My wife, daughter, and I have stayed here twice. We've been vacationing in Rangeley for 8 years, and we are convinced that this is the best spot on the lake. The views are spectacular. There is no noise from Route 4, and hardy folks can walk into downtown in less than 15 minutes. There is a nice network of trails for walking in the neighborhood, and even a family of deer that appears to call the Rangeley Manor home. With two full bathrooms, the home is perfect for a family get-away. The owners are hands-off and easy to work with. In fact, they provide so few restrictions that my wife and I actually feel like we are the owners when we're there. We will surely visit again.
