The name of this spacious, upscale unit is "Chez 30A." It is located at The Village of South Walton in Seacrest Beach Florida between Rosemary Beach and Seagrove Beach along the scenic 30-A corridor of the beaches of South Walton. Step back in time as you enter the cobblestone streets and lamp lit passageways. And, with its old world charm, southern hospitality, unforgettable sunsets on the beach and the natural beauty of the area, this is sure to be the place where new memories are made.

Grab your beach bag and stroll along the palm-tree lined path to the beautiful, sugar white sands, or enjoy the on site lap pool and the new wading pool. If you prefer to ride to the beach, a complimentary tram is usually available to guests in peak season. Community grills are also nearby.

This exquisite and uniquely designed quiet studio suite end unit has the feel of two generous rooms with all the conveniences of home and ceiling fans throughout. The living area features a 32’ flat screen TV with DVD, cable and a Comfy queen size sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa has an upgraded gel mattress. The kitchen has granite counter tops, built-in microwave, full size refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster oven, blender, grill utensils and all necessary kitchen accessories including the glasses you may want for that relaxing adult beverage. The unit does not have a stove/oven or dishwasher. The dining table is a great spot for meals, cards, and sharing time with family and friends. A stylish wooden divider separates the bedroom from the living/kitchen area. Sleep soundly on the comfy king size bed. Enjoy lots of drawers and closet space. We had such a great trip to Seacrest ! My husband and two children stayed for a week. Chez was very clean and perfect for our family . Jim and Julie were so easy to work with . We had a great time and hope to come back soon!!

Fantastic Condo in Great Location

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. We didn't know what to expect based on a previous negative review however we did not encounter any of the problems mentioned in that review. We were impressed with the unit and its cleanliness and look forward to future stays. The size of the studio was great and not too small and the location couldn't have been better. We hope that the affordable prices continue as other units we have stayed at in the past have become too expensive.

Just ok

We stayed for 3 night for a wedding at nearby Alys Beach. The location and proximity to the wedding venue was great. The grounds were nice and clean. However the condo, all be it nicely decorated, wasn't was I was expecting. There was a strange smell I couldn't figure out which my husband said was a moldy smell, the A/C didn't work efficiently, it never got cool in the bedroom area. There wasn't enough towels for a three day stay. It can sleep 3 to 4 with the fold out sofa but I think this condo is more suited for 1-2 people for one night.

Owner's Response: Sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. The building supervisor discovered that the A/C drainage system for all the A/C units in the entire building had been failing. Every A/C unit in every condo in this building was removed and had a new drainage system installed since they were all connected. This required opening up the walls and replacing the entire condensation drainage pipe. The process took approximately two months and was not a quick Band-Aid fix but a major repair that fixed the problem. The unit has been cooling properly ever since. No other guest had complained about the A/C or a mold smell up to this point, and we were completely unaware of any problem. We strive to make every guest stay a pleasant one and as perfect as possible, and we were absolutely stunned how someone could post a two-star review for this lovely unit even if it had a slight cooling issue that this guest never told us about when they were here. This unit is 550 s.f. – larger than most other studios at The Village. It has a full-size refrigerator, a built-in microwave, wide bathroom vanity, and many other amenities. There is a full-length granite countertop on one side of the kitchen area and a smaller granite countertop area by the sink. There is a dining area with seating for four, and there is even a desk area behind the sleeper sofa that separates the main space from the king-size master bed. This is a studio, so there is no bedroom door, but there is about a 6-foot room divider for a little more privacy. There is even a flat panel TV in both the living room area and bedroom area which is unusual for a studio. This unit is extremely popular and is often requested by repeating guests year after year. Please do not let this one guest’s unfair review prevent you from enjoying your stay at this unit.

Excellent for a couple

We stayed 5 nights and were very pleased with the accommodations. We selected this property, because of the king size bed. Not many properties offer a king size bed. We were visiting family, who live in the area. We liked the nearby Mexican restaurant that was located across the parking lot. We enjoyed the pools, even though they were a little chilly in early May. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom had plenty of towels for 2 people. We didn’t go to the beach from this condo. The free Wifi was nice. There was plenty of parking. I would recommend this condo to family & friends.

To satisfy your culinary desires, you will find a fabulous Mexican restaurant at The Village only a minute or two from your condo. You will want to take a lovely stroll along the wide, lighted, sidewalks into Rosemary Beach and visit Wild Olives for Friday wine tastings and afternoon tapas or order from their fabulous deli menu or try Cowgirl kitchen, LaCrema for Tapas and Chocolate, Onano’s for northern Italian cuisine, or Paradis for fine dining in an intimate atmosphere – the menus of the restaurants are seasonal and ever changing – always offering something new and delicious to try.

For the sports fan you have to try Shades, only a short stroll on 30A where you can enjoy a wide assortment of food and drink while rooting for your favorite team on one of the many flat screen TV’s. Rosemary Beach also boasts a wonderful day spa, Solace, that will cater to your every need.

If you do decide to get back in your car, Pier Park in Panama City Beach is about a 10 to 15 minute drive away and offers a variety of shopping and dining choices including Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville Café.

Beaches of South Walton Vacations accepts MasterCard or Visa, or a U.S. check would also be accepted if it is not within 30 days. A credit card is still required on file for a damage deposit. A minimum age of 25 is required to rent. The maximum number of people including adults and children is 4. No pets or smoking. Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends and major winter holidays require a 4-night minimum stay. 7-night min stay July 4th week at $875/wk. If only staying 3 nights, an arrival day other than Friday is usually preferred in most seasons unless last minute.
