Down one more small flight of stairs is the media room, laundry room and and king bedroom and bathroom. The media room features comfortable seating, a fireplace, a flat screen TV, two over-sized bean bag chairs and direct access to the lower level deck. The King bedroom offers mountain views and easy access to the hot tub on the lower deck, right outside the bedroom's door. This room has a large closet to tuck away your belongings and access to a beautiful bathroom with painted tile, walk-in shower, and two vanities. Pack light and enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer during your stay.

On the top level of this open you'll find an open loft space which leads to a large office with sleeper sofa and an en suite bathroom. On either side of the loft are two additional king bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. There is an additional washer and dryer in the second king bedroom on this level.

In winter, enjoy the luxury of a heated driveway and two car garage and avoid the hassle of snowy cars on powder days and delight in extremely rare-for-Telluride air conditioning during warmer summer months.
