3 Bedrooms, 3 Full Baths Mountain View Townhouse.

This is The Dragonfly, our Westminster townhouse. Enjoy all that Denver and the Front Range of the Rockies have to offer from this great home base in a quiet, family-oriented, residential neighborhood.

This beautifully furnished home features three bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, comfortable couches and cozy gas fireplace in the living room, and an updated kitchen that has everything you need to create a delicious meal. This is NOT a party house, but rather a peaceful home-away-from-home -- perfect for a family vacation, a girlfriend getaway, business colleagues, or a couples' retreat.

Dragonfly has beds for SIX. Bedroom/bath #1 is an upstairs master suite. There is a beautiful mountain view from the window, a king sized bed, separate shower and soaking tub in the bathroom, and walk-in closet. Bedroom/bath #2 is a main floor master suite. Two twin beds can also be made up into a king-sized bed. Bathroom has separate shower and soaking tub, and walk-in closet. Bedroom #3 is furnished with twin beds and is right down the hall from bathroom #3, which has a tub/shower combination.

Two twin air beds and a futon in the unfinished basement provide sleeping locations for additional people. However, in the interests of safety and comfort, we will not accept any parties larger than 8, including children.

Start your day with coffee and a mountain view. Spend the day exploring Denver -- Downtown is just 20 minutes away, the Denver Zoo and Science Museum about 25 minutes. Take in a play or concert at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. Explore the Sixteenth Street Mall, the Capitol, the Mint, or the world of cuisines from the lunch trucks in the Civic Center. Or, head for the hills -- we've got a picnic cooler and camp chairs. Picnic, hike, climb, ski, bicycle....all within a short drive. At the end of the day, sit on the patio and enjoy the majesty of a Colorado mountain sunset.

Dragonfly is 10 minutes from Westminster Promenade, which has selection of restaurants, a huge movie multiplex, bowling & family entertainment complex, and ice arena. Across from the Promenade is the Butterfly Pavilion, a wonderful place to explore nature. Flatiron Crossing is one of the most popular shopping and dining complexes in the Denver area, and is just 15 minutes down the highway.

And, of course, you could always stay in and enjoy the townhouse!

There are digital cable television, blu-ray players that allow you to access Netflix or Hulu+ accounts, and wifi. The unfinished basement has a futon and ping-pong table. The subdivision has a playground, outdoor pool, and walking trails around three tiny 'lakes'. Access to walking & bike trails and open space area is just a short walk away.

In addition to the beautiful setting and furnishings, The Dragonfly is a gallery for the work of award-winning Colorado artist, Cheryl Berglund. Enjoy the gorgeous artwork in all of the rooms -- or purchase a painting to take home as a reminder of your wonderful stay at The Dragonfly.

The Dragonfly - Centrally Located, Comfortable, Spacious, and Well Equipped - we felt right at home!

We were staying in the Denver area for a relatives wedding in Golden, CO. The Dragonfly was centrally located for all of our activities and close to the airport. The unit was comfortable, spacious, and well equipped in a beautiful neighborhood! We sat outside, played board games, and even used the community swimming pool during some of our down time. All of our needs were met and we felt right at home! It was a pleasure to work with the owners; David and Tracey. Thank you for letting us enjoy the Dragonfly!

Family get together

Stayed with my husband and infant son and had my parents meet us there. Also visited several family and friends in the area. We had dinners, visited long into the night and were able to get around Denver area quickly with little to no problems with traffic. Excellent location - not too close to downtown so you miss the traffic but easily accessible. Had EVERYTHING we needed. Never wanted for anything. Clean, bright, decor was awesome and personable. Beds and linens were comfortable. Best rental we have had in a while.

Fantastic Denver Location

We had such a fantastic time staying at the Dragonfly. The Westminster area is absolutely gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed walking around the lakes and enjoying the weather. I was surprised at how easy it was to get to downtown Denver. My husband loved the bed in the upstairs master bedroom and wants to know what mattress David and Tracey have so we can buy one just like it. We will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing - highly recommended family friendly home!!!

Dave and Tracey have a beautiful home that they clearly take great pride in. The house was beautiful, came with everything we could ever need, and is located in a gorgeous location. Dave and Tracey thought of everything that a traveler would need to have a home away from home. My three children and I stayed here for a week and were very sad to leave. We definitely plan to be back and I recommend the Dragonfly to anyone that is looking for a great home to stay in while visiting Colorado!
