We stayed in this home as a get-away, launching ground, and relaxing vacation spot away from the city portion of a trip to the PNW. We could not have found a better home or host. The feeling when walking in and communicating with Bill, was not unlike being part of the family, we were welcomed into a home, full of feeling and amenities just like part of the family in on a secret that only those in the know have access too. Everything we needed was just where it should have been, the beds beyond comfortable, the list of must see spots waiting in my inbox where all the locals go, the fully stocked kitchen, and the views were beyond expectations. The property was stunning and the location was beyond perfect; no picture or word can truly describe the experience. We plan on staying again soon!
The views or the house either one is worth the money, together = wow
The house is awesome. Its obvious the owners have put a lot of money into it. They are a bit picky and have several rules such as no shoes in the house and such. But if I had invested that much money into a house I would probably have rules too!
The sunsets were amazing. The kitchen is very modern and well furnished.
I have visited lots of resorts and taken many vacations. I would rate this among my top 3 for luxury and views.
Gorgeous views, secluded getaway
What a beautiful location. We loved how faraway from everything we were, yet close to Langley, beach walks, and just enough conveniences. Otherwise, the only sounds were birds and ocean. The storm played havoc some with power and cable tv, but that's ok - we enjoyed the games, the ping pong, the comfortable space, and the well-stocked kitchen.
We really loved feeling away from it all, but still having modern conveniences in such a beautiful space. Thanks Bill!
An excellent retreat on Whidbey Island!
My friends and I very much enjoyed our stay. The house is wonderfully maintained and the property is gorgeous! The fact that there is a jacuzzi is bonus! I definitely recommend it.
This is a fantastic property with everything you can imagine.
This was a late booking and the owner worked with me to get everything set. I had a fantastic time and it was so peaceful to just playback and relax. The deer and I became friends and they would come around each night to pose for pictures. I had several surreal moments and it was so quiet one evening I could hear the beat of my own heart. I am excited to look for another opportunity to stay at this property.
A great place place to stay and experience Whidbey Island
Our family had a great time at this property. There was so much for our kids, 7 & 9, to do inside and outside, especially outside. They loved it. We had a pair of visiting deer having breakfast on the lawn.
The owner provides great documentation on how everything works in the house and recommendations of places to go. The house is well equipped with great appliances.
It is a great place to stay and travel out. It would have been easy to just stay on the property. We look forward to returning.
12 acre property is located on bluff above 3 miles of undeveloped beach southwest tip of Whidbey island. This is one of the last and largest remaining stretches of wilderness beaches in puget sound and is great for walking. The property is within a wildlife protected habitat. Deer, sea lions, Herons, whale watching. 5 local wineries. Art galleries, antique shops nearby.
