Briefly, Zilker Park is 358 acres of gorgeous center city park land and within it lies Barton Springs Pool which is fondly described as the crown jewels of Austin -The pool itself measures a whopping 3 ACRES in size, and is fed from underground springs with an average temperature of 68-70 degrees, ideal for year-round swimming. It is NOTHING shy of spectacular.
In addition to Barton Springs Pool, this property has immediate access to Lady Bird Lake, all of Zilker Park and 10 miles of hike and bike trail surrounding the lake.
