Lovely and newly remodeled one bedroom apartment in a three-unit building on a quiet street located in the heart of the popular Marina District. The apartment has its own private entrance. You'll be just blocks from the famed Chestnut Street shopping and entertainment/dining scene and blocks from the beach, the Marina Green, Chrissy Field, the Golden Gate Bridge, The Presidio and the Palace of Fine Arts.
The bedroom features a Queen size bed. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a full size bed and accommodates one additional person. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped, ready for you to cook up a storm on our gas range. Relax on the couch after a long day, as you'll have 500+ channels on Xfinity and WiFi access. Please inquire about garage parking, which may be available for an additional fee. This unit has its own washer and dryer located in the garage, detergent is provided.
The building was built in the 1930's and has all the charm that comes with that. Please note this apartment may not be an ideal fit for renters who are very sensitive to noise and/or are a light sleeper, as the walls are thin considering it's an older San Francisco apartment.

This beautiful apartment is perfect for one or two but probably crowded for more. Very well equipped, and comfortable, with a lovely patio. The bed was a bit soft for me but other than that, it was delightful.
This little apartment was perfect for our stay in SF. It was clean, modern and had all the essentials and some little perks as well! We used the pull-out sofa and it was surprisingly extremely comfortable. Having the beautiful back patio, cable, well-functioning wifi and access to a washer/dryer was fantastic. It felt like a home away from home! The owners left clear instructions, check-in/out was super easy, the issued our security deposit refund very quickly, and they even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy! I'd stay here again for sure.
This is such a lovely apartment. The pictures are entirely accurate. Beautifully furnished, kitchen has all the amenities of home, bathroom large with a wonderful shower and the outdoor patio is a real treat which allows you to enjoy San Francisco weather. Pavla, the property manager, is a delight, helpful and accommodating. You can walk to Chestnut street where there are lovely restaurants (including the famed A-16), coffee shops, bread stores and a couple of boutique clothing stores. You can walk to the Marina green as well as Fort Mason (farmers markets on Saturday). I highly recommend this place if you are coming to San Francisco.
Would definitely stay here again! Perfect size with everything necessary! Quiet neighborhood yet minutes from awesome restaurants!
We stayed here for a week in early May and loved every minute of it! The apartment is warm and inviting, fully kitted out with modern furnishings and all the kitchen you could possibly ask for. It's in a great location for seeing most of what San Francisco has to offer. The keyless entry system is great, no need to worry about keys getting lost etc.
The Marina district is quiet, peaceful and a stone's throw from the Bridge. We'd originally planned staying in the Castro area but glad we chose here, it's far easier to walk and see things without relying on public transport.
We didn't get a chance to meet the owners, but the property manager Pavla was very pleasant to deal with.
In short, if you're looking for a great launch pad to see San Francisco, look no further.
This apartment is located in the center of the Marina District. You are very close to Chestnut street and within a few minutes walk, you have access to several delicious restaurants with a variety of options. There are great shops and coffee shops also located on Chestnut Street.
Chrissy Field has a beautiful path that runs along the water and leads to the Golden Gate Bridge. If you enjoy walking, biking or running, and beautiful views, this is a must! There are several bus lines near the apartment which will take you all over the city! Other attractions nearby are The Palace of Fine Arts and Fisherman's Wharf. By car or ferry, you can cross the bay to Marin County where you can do some great hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, eating at great restaurants and more shopping. Napa Valley, Sonoma and Healdsburg are all about 1.5 hours from the apartment and are a must if you have a few extra days. Carmel/Monterey is also about 1.5 hours outside of the city and is a great stop if you want a more coastal getaway or to visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium. There is so much to do and see in the Bay Area. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need recommendations on activities in the area!
