Prepare to experience luxury at its finest with this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath town home situated in the gated community of gulf highlands. “anchors away” is calling all mates to come relax in this comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated unit. This is truly the best of the best as it was recently renovated and every item in the house is brand new.

You can settle in this nestle quite comfortably with its gourmet kitchen open to the dining room and living room perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fit for a chef with gas burner stove top, high-end appliances and all that is needed to whip up a dinner from the gulf of mexico’s finest seafood. Downstairs is the living room with flat screen tv, quaint dining room, ½ bath, and kitchen. The nicely shaded back patio has outdoor space for grilling out while enjoying the lush landscape of florida’s native palms. There is an electric grill and patio set provided for your enjoyment.

Going up the rustic wood stairway, you will find a gorgeous master bedroom with pillow top king bed and mounted flat panel tv. There is plenty of closet space for two and an adjoining master bathroom with stand up shower. Located off the master bedroom is a covered back deck perfect for sipping morning coffee before hitting the white sandy beaches. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is a second bathroom upstairs for the guests with a tub/shower combination.

Minimum Age Requirement - All occupants at least 23. All occupants must register with our office by submitting photo ID, signing an additional rental agreement, and settling a $500 security deposit which is refundable upon successful cleaning and inspection. Please note, this age requirement applies to reservations for groups of young adults/vacationing students and does not apply to family groups.

Down payment: 25% of the rental rate plus the $40 damage protection plan is due upon booking.

Final payment: your remaining balance must be settled 30 days prior to the date of arrival.

Travel insurance: troubles can occur when you least anticipate them, forcing you to cancel or interrupt your trip, lose your vacation investment, and incur unplanned expenses. With this in mind, we strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance through csa travel protection. For an additional 6.95% of the total rental rate, you can travel with confidence – even preexisting medical conditions are covered! For additional information on this service, please contact our office directly.

Cancellation policy: after your initial down payment has been received, there will be no cancellations permitted unless travel insurance has been purchased through CSA travel protection.

Damage protection plan: instead of having to worry about the hassle of credit card holds, all reservations require a $40 security deposit protection plan. This one-time fee covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage that may occur to the unit throughout your stay.

I meant to write this review a while back! My family and I (family of 5) stayed here last June for our family vacation and we absolutely loved it! It was clean, nicely updated, had an open concept layout, had everything that we needed (for the most part) and it was close to the beach-5 minutes walk. It was nice to have all of the other pools in the complex available to us as a nice alternative to the beach. The complex was also quiet and close to everything in the area. The property manager was also very nice, called us in advance to give us information on our arrival, and responded to texts whenever I had general questions about the area.The only thing we didn't like was that there weren't any paper towels, dish cleaning soap, and dish sponges, so make sure you bring those. But overall, we had an amazing time there and will definitely stay here again if we go to Panama City!

Spring Break 2016

The townhouse is beautiful! Fully stocked with everything! Super quick walk to the beach, and surprisingly quiet for Panama City. Our kids loved all the heated pools. Beds super comfy. Very relaxing family friendly spring break! We loved it!

We loved this place. It was very clean, nicely updated. We had a pool that was very close. It was about a 3 min walk to the beach. Everyone that we met was very friendly and the resort is gated so we felt safe. The resort is in a great location. We will stay here again.
