The main house features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a screened veranda, while the Guest Studio is perfect as an office or for any visiting guests that you may have that require more privacy.
To make your cleaning easy during your stay, Break Away has the finest ceramic tile floors throughout, granite
countertops in the kitchen and baths, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a laundry room with a built-in ironing station.
The living room features vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and the finest leather furnishings. A plasma television, dvd player and cd stereo system will provide hours of viewing and listening pleasure.
There is a tremendous amount of natural light throughout the home.
The dining room has seating for 8 and views of the living room. It is just steps away from the kitchen and poolside veranda.
The master suite features bamboo mats, fine down bedding accessories and a luxurious bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
The first guest bedroom features a Queen and Twin bed, with bedside bamboo mats, while the second guest bedroom features a Queen bed with bedside bamboo mats. These two bedrooms share a common bath.
The screened veranda overlooks the pool and joins the Main House with the Guest Studio to the north of the pool. It also has a gas barbeque grill, an outdoor dining table for 6, as well as an outdoor seating area.
The guest studio features a Queen bed, bamboo mats and private bath. It also has an entertainment center and balcony overlooking the pool.
The outdoor heated pool comes with a child safety fence should you have little ones visiting!
Downstairs, on the ground level, you will find a ping pong table, bicycles and beach chairs available for your use.
The beach is 7 driveways away. You can walk or drive. Park your car at the private beachside lot, walk the path, and pick your spot! A complimentary parking permit is provided for your use.
BreakAway is a pet-friendly home, with prior owner approval and payment of an additional non-refundable pet fee.
Per city zoning regulations, BreakAway requires a minimum 1-month stay, no exceptions.
Your doggie is welcome at this property with prior approval of the Owner and Cottages to Castles. Payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required. The non-refundable fee is based on the length of your stay and the number of doggies in residence and/or visiting the property. Weight limit and breed restrictions may be applicable, based on the type of property rented.
Failure to disclose a doggie in residence and/or visiting the property for non-overnight stays can result in eviction and forfeiture of all prepaid funds.

BreakAway is located on a quiet residential street within walking distance to the Gulf of Mexico beaches. Virtually all homes in our neighborhood are zoned for minimum 28 night rentals, so you will enjoy peace and serenity while enjoying your pool, screened lanai or getting your boat ready to head out fishing for the day.
Many favorite restaurants are within a short drive from our home, and we have 26 miles of bike paths that are perfect for walking, biking, rollerblading or bird watching.
Our home is pet-friendly! There's nothing better than being at your home away from home with your pet!
No detail has been overlooked (we hope!). We have garage parking, 3 bedrooms, a guest studio, and 3 full baths.
Two golf courses are nearby. They are Par 72 and open to the public. The Sanibel Marina is within 8 miles, and you can rent a boat and get any marine provisions that you might require during your stay.
Our home is zoned by the City of Sanibel for minimum 28 night rentals, no exceptions. Please do not ask us to make an exception and circumvent the laws and ordinances. We will be neighborly and uphold the rules and ordinances as outlined by the City.
