Ski-In/Ski-Out Penthouse Condo directly facing Breckenridge ski mountain with amazing views of Peaks 9 & 10. Located at the base of Peak 9. No car is needed! Simply walk out the back door of Trails End, put on your skis or snowboard and take the Quicksilver six-person super chairlift up Peak 9. Ski rentals are also available at the base of the ski lift. This convenient location means extra safety for children as skiing is out the back door without having to cross any streets. Walk out the front door and main street is a short 1 1/2 block walk. Free shuttle-bus service is only a half block away to get to the grocery store and shopping in town or get on a Summit Stage bus to get to Copper Mtn, Keystone, or Arapahoe Basin Ski resorts.
This non-smoking (No marijuana), Trails End Penthouse Condo offers such amenities as a spacious great room with vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, balcony with great views of the ski slopes, a large dining table seating for eight, 42 inch and 37 inch Flat LCD TVs with digital cable programming including VCR & DVD players, free Internet WiFi and washer & dryer in unit. Trails End complex also has a shared sauna, indoor and outdoor Hot Tubs. Located across the street is the community indoor-outdoor swimming pool and more hot tubs and changing room.
Accomodations: Master bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed and includes a master full bathroom with a shower. The second full bathroom is located off the main room and includes a shower. Second bedroom is upstairs with a queen bed. Third bedroom is upstairs with a queen bed and includes a sink and washer & dryer.
The National Forest is also at your back door, allowing for winter snowshoeing or cross-country trips and summertime hikes along the many inter-connected trails to the nearby beaver ponds, streams, and ski slopes. Summertime mountain biking is also very popular in the area as well as horseback riding nearby. The Breckenridge Recreation Center is open to the public year round as well as the indoor and outdoor Breckenridge Ice Skating Rinks.

About Richard Earle
Owned by two Denver families who are relatives and have owned this perfect location penthouse condo for over 35 years but has been recently remodeled. Our children have all grown up skiing and have enjoyed the Breckenridge outdoor activities in the summer, fall, and winter seasons. We hope you enjoy staying at our mountain home as much as we have.

This condo is in a great location. Interior was just as pictured. Richard was great and always very responsive.
Excellent location. Convenient to everything.
Tons of room. Six adults in our group. Right in the middle of the village. Less than 15 minute walk to everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen. No problems with anything. Just don’t forget your key fob when you go out. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Ski Getaway Location
Great place to relax and ski. Right next to the slopes and downtown. Has plenty of space, fast internet, and a full kitchen. Owners were super easy to work with and would love to stay again.
the condo was just as the pictures looked and right on the slopes. We had a great time!
Trails End backs right onto the slopes and it's a short walk to the lift. It's even more convenient on returning as you can ski virtually to the door. Condo is well equipped with everything you need including many non perishable food items which makes life so much easier when travelling from the UK. Although we have skied Breck for many years it was our first trip with our grandchildren and was just perfect. Although a short walk to the town there is a bus stop opposite which will take you to either the supermarket or the other end of town. Would definitely stay here again.
