Both bathrooms in Casita Isladise have walk-in showers with hand painted Mexican sinks and tiling.

Keywords: Colonial style and spacious, with handpainted Mexican tile and décor. King size beds, air conditioning, well equipped kitchens, walk-in showers, large glass doors open onto breathtaking views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea and the Bay of Mujeres. Private furnished balconies with hammock.
We are a semi-retired couple and discovered Isla Mujeres while we were travelling around the Yucatan. The turquoise water, white sand beaches and the sunsets were stunning. We enjoy the friendly people that we meet on the island and also the wonderful restaurants and relaxed atmosphere while walking through town and the safety we feel everywhere on Isla Mujeres. The beaches are outstanding with their palm trees, white coral sand and azure waters. The restaurants and beach bars that dot the shoreline are perfect for a relaxing getaway. We are constantly impressed by the view of the ocean from the casa and feel very blessed to be able to share this with you.
The Owner purchased this townhome in 2011
We enjoy the unobstructed view of the ocean and the Caribbean breezes. We love the cleanliness and location of Caribbean Casa, and that there are many stores and tiendas near the casa that have a good selection of wine and beer as well as staple items, groceries and clothing. The access to the sea walk from the Caribbean Casa is such a bonus for a relaxing stroll to some of the famous beaches on Isla Mujeres as well as a very enjoyable walk into Centro. The people of Isla Mujeres are some of the kindest and most gentle people we have ever met and it is a wonderful destination for a relaxing caribbean holiday. Renting a golfcart is a fun way to see the entire island and bikeriding is also another option. Running or walking the sea walk and the coast of the island is something that we do everyday and we look forward to it each morning. Waking up and watching the sunrise is a marvelous way to start the day - and it's amazing to only have to open your eyes and watch the wonder without even getting out of bed!
We are so grateful that we were encouraged to travel to Isla Mujeres for our honeymoon. Now we understand why everyone we know who comes here keeps on coming back! Your Caribbean Casa is beautiful, comfortable, convenient, and the views are magnificent. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful home with us. We enjoyed every scond of our honeymoon - even the tropical storm and flooding :)
Thank you so much for everything ~ God Bless!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Sonrisa! From the great location to the perfect amenities, comfortable bed and magical view to the Caribbean, it was one of our favorite stays Isla! We will be returning in May to Casa Isladise because we can't get enough of this view and this Casa!
The casa Isladise is the perfect home away from home. Absolutely everything is included, beautifully decorated and a with a magnificent seaside view. We watched the beautiful sunset every night sitting in our balcony dipping pool. The Casa Sonrisa is also quite beautiful and cosy. There is no other place on the island that can compare to the Caribbean casa.
Had a great time and the Casa was just as we expectedy ity to be ... fabulous. We will definitely be back again. It had everything you could possibly need..I was amazed to find a slow. cooker in the cupboard and made use too. The king size bed was comfy also .and the Bread man going by what 5-6 pm was great. We bought off of him regularly. I would definitely recommend that you check this place out you won't be disappointed😎😍😎😍
My husband and I stayed at Casa Sonrisa for 9 nights & it was everything you could hope for & more. Spacious, safe, clean and the amazing ocean view right from your bed. Enjoyed everything about the Casa & there is not one thing I would have changed. The only reason why I wouldn't want to write a review so it does sell out so quickly, a place like this is a "gem". One little suggestion I thought would be helpful is if the Casa came with a little cooler you could use to bring your cold drinks to the beach. If that was my only problem to this property, then you know how fantastic everything else was. I would go back here the rest of my life if I could & more importantly I hope to return next year. Thanks for the amazing Casita, the owners deserve a big round of applause for their hard work on giving us such a perfect place to stay.
We have been to Isla numerous times, always hoping to stay at casita isladise. we could never make it happen. Finally I emailed Cory and simply asked WHEN this year do you have two weeks available? We were given two dates, and we chose October. Quite simply, this property is even better than expected. It is so spacious, airy and light filled. It is exceptionally well appointed and decorated. It has unsurpassed views, sitting directly on the Caribbean. The smell, the sound, the feel of the sea air, along with the breezes added to the experience. Two full bathrooms were a luxury. The kitchen was very well equipped and we loved the terracotta mugs and glasses for the freezer. The walk to town along the malecon was both beautiful and convenient. La Lomita ,a few doors down was awesome. The Flan Lady across from La Lomita was even better. Loved being in a real neighbourhood; truly felt like we were locals, and everyone was so friendly.... we had great (and silly) canine neighbours. Convenient golf cart parking. We LOVED our amazing master suite, and all the beautiful outdoor spaces ( 4 altogether including a furnished caribbean patio off the living room, a furnished caribbean patio off the bedroom, a furnished large bayside terrace complete with dipping pool off the bedroom, and a beautiful roof top terrace with 360 degree views. we had 5 out of 14 days of rain, but still with the amount of space in this portent, we never felt hemmed in. All in all, this is just THE most amazing property ( and I won't even say for the price) on Isla. My cousin and her husband stayed downstairs in Sonrisa and loved it as well. Thanks Cory and Pete for an amazing vacation. Looking forward to our 3 weeks next year!!
We stayed in Casita Isladise for 9 days in August 2015. For the months leading up to our stay at Caribbean Casa we probably looked at the photos of the house just about everyday leading up to going on the trip. But the photos don't do the casa any justice. When we walked in and could see the ocean through the glass back door we were blown away. I knew we were pretty much on top of the water since we've been to the island several times and knew the location. But experiencing it is much different. The balcony off the living room was great, we'd hang out on it during the day. And at night we'd go to the balcony facing the Caribbean side off the master bedroom or the side facing Cancun. In the four previous visits to Isla I had never seen the sunset until we stayed at Casa Isladise. The view from the rooftop was incredible, every night we'd make sure we were back at the casa to watch the sunset. The house was great though, had everything you could possibly need and more. The kitchen was outfitted with anything and everything. And we loved the character and décor in the house. The casa is extremely comfortable, I felt like I was at home the minute we walked inside. My wife actually turned to me and acknowledged what a great job I did finding the casa. I could go on and on about how great the house is but I don't have time and enough characters remaining. If your looking for a great getaway that's not crazy expensive and has million dollar views, Caribbean Casa is perfect. I'll definitely be back in the future! Thanks Cori and Pedro!
If you find yourself getting restless while on a 5 mile island - and feel the need to shop, explore or be around a half million other people, Cancun is only 20 minutes away for $7 on a modern high-speed ferry. There are also a multitude of day trips, from ziplining over cenotes, to exploring colonial cities and climbing world famous pyramids. Just ask us about our favorite tour operator who can set you up with an action filled daytrip! You'll be sighing with relief when you return to Isla Mujeres to relax at the end of the day.
