Breakers 4 at the Sandcastle, located at 200 Gulf Drive South in Bradenton Beach is a luxury Gulf front condominium that embodies the old Florida lifestyle. Enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Bridge Street. Stay in the midst of Bradenton Beach’s historical district where Key West style shops and restaurants are just a short stroll away (there are 8 restaurants within a 5-minute walk). Fish or daydream on the city pier with postcard like views of sailboats and Cortez fishing village. This is the spot you’ll often see artist and photographers capturing nature at it best. With convenient shopping so close, you may not even need a car during your stay at the Sandcastle! Just hop on the trolley to explore all that Anna Maria has to offer.
This spacious and bright corner unit has 10’ ceilings, three bedrooms and two baths of pure luxury with casually elegant furnishings for your comfort and enjoyment. The top of the line kitchen features beautiful hardwood cabinets, granite countertops and state of the art appliances.
Other amenities to perfect your stay include: wirelss high speed internet with expanded cable and free long distance calling, full size washer and dryer, elevator, central vacuum, heated pool, undercover parking for two cars, and a private veranda overlooking the beach. The living room features a brand new 55" television with BluRay player! The master bedroom features a 32" televations with a DVD player and the two guest bedrooms feature 21" televisions.
The ideal Anna Maria Island vacation begins here at the Sandcastle. Breakers 4 will sleep eight with a king bed, a queen bed, two twin beds and two rollaway beds.
Breakers 4 at Sandcastle is a one week minimum stay.
Parking is limited to two cars.
RENTAL DOWN PAYMENTS:
This property requires a $500.00 rental down payment on weekly reservations. Reservations of 28 days or more require a $1000.00 rental down payment. These rental down payments are required to confirm your reservation but are applied toward your final payment. All payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Each reservation requires a $45.00 non-refundable reservation fee.
The final payment is due sixty (60) days prior to occupancy by personal check. If you choose to put your final balance on your credit card, there is a 3% fee. We can also accept wire transfers. Any bank fees deducted from a payment for a wire transfer are the responsibility of the guest.
SECURITY DEPOSITS: There are two options:
1. You can purchase the Vacation Rental Damage Protection for $50.00 when making your reservation. More information can be found at www.vacationrentalinsurance.com/g10vrd
2. You can pay a $1500.00 Security Deposit that will be refunded to you two weeks after you check out and the property is inspected to ensure that no damages have occurred.
Travel Insurance is available by CSA Travel Protection for United States residents only. It is automatically calculated and added to your contract on the day of reservation. Travel Insurance offers protection against loss of deposits and rent in case of unforeseen illness, accident, jury duty or adverse weather that stops travel. Questions concerning CSA Travel Protection can be answered by calling 866-999-4018, or reviewing the certificate of insurance on their website at: www.csatravelprotection.com/certpolicy.do?product=G-330CSA. Waiving (declining) travel insurance is accepted by forwarding your request in writing to Island Vacation Properties within 10 days of receipt of the rental documents. To protect against the loss of your rental payment and deposit, travel insurance is strongly recommended. Some landlords require a higher deposit if travel insurance is declined.
NOISE ORDINANCE: Anna Maria Island has a zero tolerance for noise after 9 PM. Please show consideration for your neighbors. No loud music, parties or playing in pools after 9 PM. If a neighbor complains the Police Department has no choice but to file a complaint. Any tickets issued by the police department for noise violations will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in immediate eviction with no refunds of rent or deposits.
