The Beach House Resort #9, located at 1000 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach is in a totally renovated gulf front complex. The white, sandy beach stretches for miles in either direction! It features a large, private spa and spectacular beach views from virtually every room. Unit 9 even has a view of the bay from the bedroom! Numerous chaise lounges are available for your use at beachside. There is even a video library onsite for relaxing with a movie after a day at the beach!
This upper level one bedroom, one bath end unit is newly renovated and features top of the line furnishings and a spacious kitchen as well as a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom.
Beach House Resort #9 will sleep four with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. It offers features such extras a wireless s high speed internet with free domestic long distance calling and expanded cable. There is a 32” television in the living room with a DVD and VCR player. The master bedroom features a 19” television.
This complex is perfect for long weekend getaways, beach weddings or for large family reunions. All eight units together will sleep 34. Beach House Resort does require a one week minimum rental during winter months and a three night minimum rental during summer and fall. Three night rentals cannot be accepted prior to 60 days before arrival. Rentals of less than one week will be calculated at a higher daily rate. Beach House Resort #9 will allow one small pet less than 25 pounds with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee.
Parking is limited to one car per unit.
RENTAL DOWN PAYMENTS:
This property requires a $500.00 rental down payment on weekly reservations. Reservations of 28 days or more require a $1000.00 rental down payment. These rental down payments are required to confirm your reservation but are applied toward your final payment. All payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Each reservation requires a $40.00 non-refundable reservation fee.
The final payment is due sixty (60) days prior to occupancy by personal check. If you choose to put your final balance on your credit card, there is a 3% fee. We can also accept wire transfers. Any bank fees deducted from a payment for a wire transfer are the responsibility of the guest.
SECURITY DEPOSITS: There are two options:
1. You can purchase the Vacation Rental Damage Protection for $50.00 when making your reservation. More information can be found at www.vacationrentalinsurance.com/g10vrd
2. You can pay a $1500.00 Security Deposit that will be refunded to you two weeks after you check out and the property is inspected to ensure that no damages have occurred.
Travel Insurance is available by CSA Travel Protection for United States residents only. It is automatically calculated and added to your contract on the day of reservation. Travel Insurance offers protection against loss of deposits and rent in case of unforeseen illness, accident, jury duty or adverse weather that stops travel. Questions concerning CSA Travel Protection can be answered by calling 866-999-4018, or reviewing the certificate of insurance on their website at: www.csatravelprotection.com/certpolicy.do?product=G-330CSA. Waiving (declining) travel insurance is accepted by forwarding your request in writing to Island Vacation Properties within 10 days of receipt of the rental documents. To protect against the loss of your rental payment and deposit, travel insurance is strongly recommended. Some landlords require a higher deposit if travel insurance is declined.
NOISE ORDINANCE: Anna Maria Island has a zero tolerance for noise after 9 PM. Please show consideration for your neighbors. No loud music, parties or playing in pools after 9 PM. If a neighbor complains the Police Department has no choice but to file a complaint. Any tickets issued by the police department for noise violations will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in immediate eviction with no refunds of rent or deposits.
