Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac between Noe Valley and Bernal Heights, this lovely Marina-style single family home has it all. Three bedrooms on two levels, 2 full baths, garage, skylights in eat-in kitchen, enclosed entryway, large living room with fireplace and large, wall-mounted flat screen, formal dining room, hardwood floors, washer/dryer, dishwasher and much more.
The beautiful level yard is fully landscaped with gorgeous plantings, stone path, and lush grass. It also has a lovely sunken patio with swings off the downstairs bedroom. A studio is built along the back of the property, a lovely place to sit and read, or work in peace and quiet. There is also a large deck off of the property with plenty of space to BBQ and dine outside.
This is a truly quiet and sun-filled location with views from the yard up to Bernal Hill. It is situated away from the foggy and windy micro-climates that plague so many areas of Noe Valley and the city in general. The house is one block from a large supermarket, fantastic restaurants, Mitchell’s famous ice cream parlor and more. 3 blocks to Muni, it also has immediate and easy access to 280 freeway and is close to the 101 as well.

The Bay Area truly offers the best of all worlds. One can enjoy all that San Francisco has to offer: fine dining, drinks, dancing, live music, museums, festivals, etc. and yet outdoor adventure is only a hop, skip and a jump away. The Bay offers amazing sailing, hiking and miles of beautiful and majestic beaches, as well as historic redwood forests. The house itself is situated between 2 sunny neighborhoods on a one block side street, quiet and tucked-away while immediately adjacent to every amenity one could hope for and with easy access to the North, East and South Bay.
The house is close to 2 Saturday morning Farmer's Markets, in a warm and sunny locale, (many San Francisco neighborhoods have micro-climates prone to fog or wind.) It boasts easy access to the fun and hip urban Mission District, as well as easy access to shopping and restaurants in the Noe Valley and Bernal Heights neighborhoods. Garage parking provided (a must in any city!) Beautiful and spacious yard perfect for BBQs and sunbathing. The house is kid proof and kid friendly, with one bedroom set up as a kids room.
My husband and I came to stay in California with our two teenage boys for one month and found this the perfect place to be. The house is very nicely decorated and has plenty of space; apart from a chicken and a cozy living room, there are 3 bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, one on each floor. The back garden is lovely. Our boys were especially happy with the large flat screen TV in the living room (another TV is in the bedroom downstairs). The house is on a quiet street but still in the middle of a thriving neighborhood with lots of good restaurants and bars. A large supermarket is just a 3-minute-walk away. Bus stations are basically around the corner, the tram is a few blocks away, and the nearest Bart station (24th street) within a 10-minute reach. The hosts are extremely nice and kind. When travelling to the US from Europe, we missed our connecting flight and arrived very late in the evening, but the host was still waiting for us and made us feel very comfortable. He explained everything patiently, but was careful not to linger, because he immediately saw that we were tired; he assisted us during our stay whenever we had questions over the phone or via email. We could not have thought of a better place to stay, and can thus wholeheartedly recommend it. It is great for families with little children or teenagers, for a group of friends, or generally for everybody who wants to stay in SF for a little longer than just overnight.
This VRBO property was a great place to stay during our house hunting search. The house was very comfortable, clean, and had all of the amenities that we needed. The owner was very helpful in answering our questions. It is located in a quiet street and has easy access to everything.
The children's room is amazing and has endless options for play and fun.
We stayed at this property for about a month last summer and we loved it. The property is located in a very quiet street, yet you can get all the basic stuff within walking distance: coffee, groceries, post office, etc. Quick and easy access to the 280 highway, makes it perfect for Bay Area commute. The house itself is very welcoming and cozy, has all the basics, and then some. The owner is very responsive and accommodating of special requests.
This place is perfect for little ones. The owner has set up everything we needed from crib and high chair to plush toys, and the back yard is just perfect to get some fresh air. Would definitely come again!
