Nicely furnished and updated ~ new granite counters in kitchen and baths, new cabinets. After a day at the beach, enjoy relaxing in the living room with sleeper sofa, two armless chairs and recliner ~ 50" HD TV, DVD in living room. WIFI

Cozy up to the hightop kitchen counter with 6 bar stools and chat with the cook who will surely find ample kitchen ware to serve up a hearty breakfast or meal. Plenty of cabinetry and pantry to tuck away your vacation supplies. Microwave, dishwasher, electric flat top range, and refrigerator with ice maker completes the kitchen.

Master bedroom with king bed, dresser, nightstand, TV/DVD and ceiling fan ~ private master bath with new cabinets for added storage, granite counter, hairdryer. Private door to master bath (not the open entry as shown in floor plan)

Bunkroom has twin bunk bed, closet, privacy door (not shown in floor plan) and 2nd bathroom where you will find updated cabinet with granite, hair dryer, and stackable washer/dryer.

Why Donna Hill chose Panama City Beach

We live in the Atlanta area and have been visiting the beach for over 15 years. We have visited many resorts at Panama City Beach and bought this condo due to the amazing resort amenities and floorplan of the unit. We have not been disappointed, only that we have not been able to travel to the beach as much as we would like to enjoy it!

Perfect October Getaway

Just came from a week's stay & could not have been more pleased. Everything was just right. The kitchen had everything we needed on vacation and then some; we enjoyed both eating out and in. The bed was SO comfortable. Our son loved having his own room & was happy he had his own private bathroom.

To be honest, I was a bit concerned about having a unit more centrally-located in the building vs. having an end unit. I thought we may be disappointed with the view, or lack thereof. I needn't have worried. The view from the balcony, looking over the beautifully-landscaped pool to the beach beyond, was amazing -- such a fabulous sight to wake up to every morning!

Having a reserved spot on the same floor, right as you walk into the parking garage, made loading/unloading a breeze. There was an issue one morning with someone else parking in our spot, but security took care of it immediately. This unit is on the same floor as the mgmt office, just a few doors down. That's a nice thing if, for example, you all start down to the beach one morning only to realize that your husband assumed you had a key and you assumed your husband had a key and now you find that you have just locked yourselves out. Having the office right there really comes in handy then - um, not that we would know about that personally, of course...

Speaking of security, they are awesome! Any time, day or night, you go down to the beach, there is a security person there to open the gate for you as you step out and as you come back in, and they are diligent about making sure you have the property wristband that shows you actually belong there. That made me feel great! On top of that, there was a day my husband & son had gone down to the beach and didn't realize they had dropped our video camera somewhere along the way. One of the security guys picked it up, glanced briefly at the last video on it, walked out onto the beach and recognized my son from the video and safely returned our camera. Everyone working there made a point of being so friendly and helpful, and isn't great customer service what really keeps you coming back?

3 places we highly recommend - David's Snoballs - beignets for breakfast!; the Hognose Snapper - best crab cakes/steamed spiced shrimp we've had anywhere, even Maryland!, and Pirate's Island Golf - nice course, get the kids play free coupon from their site.

Great Time

We stayed Memorial Day week-end, and actually ended up staying 1 more night than planned because it was such a nice condo and wonderful resort and location. There is a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool area and views of the ocean and beach area. It is so relaxing to get up and have a cup of coffee in the mornings.

Everything was exactly as listed and very clean. The parking space is so convenient, & you do not have to worry about using the elevators.

There are several places within walking distance. For eating, Pineapple Willy's is really neat, right on the pier, and also, Hungry Howie's is delicious and very reasonable. Walmart is also very close.

The owner was extremely nice and helpful , she gave us all the information we needed and made it very easy to book. Everyone at the Panama City Beach and at Shores of Panama were Very Friendly!

Overall we had a fantastic vacation and would highly reccomend this condo to anyone.

Thanks for the great memories and we hope to return some day!!

Excellent Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. We could not have felt more at home than we did. This unit was nicely decorated and clean. Loved the well equipped kitchen & very comfortable bed. The location of the unit could not have been better. We were only steps away from parking garage and elevators and stairs to pool and beach. Beautiful views of pool & beach. The owner was very nice & prompt at answering any questions we had. We definitely will be renting this unit again!!
