Thank you for the use of your beautiful apartment! It was so lovely and had everything I needed and more. The location was great and the parking was a blessing. I hope to return to Montreal and would think of no better place to stay! Thank you again!

It doesn't get any better than this!

  • 5 of 5

We have stayed three times in this Seymour condo. Each time our visit get better. Fay, the owner, responds quickly to any inquiries. She lives upstairs so we find it a comfort to know the owner is close by.

The condo is spotless, the kitchen equipped with necessary items, the shower is hot and the bed comfortable. Because our stay is extended (almost two weeks) we take advantage of the opportunity to cook meals. Be sure to get some St. Vituer bagels. YUM! Of course the rival bakery Fairmont Bagels is a close competitor.

The location is most convenient for exploring Montreal. It's near the Atwater Metro station, grocery stores, and the Forum movie complex. Definitely purchase an OPUS transit card to take advantage of public transportation. A quick walk will get you to the Lachine Canal walking paths, Atwater Market, Notre Dame West and Griffintown, a new up and coming area. You can easily stay in Fay's condo without a car and feel like a local.

To get most out of all that Montreal has to offer explore the many neighborhoods. Old Montreal is pretty but more touristy. Take a walk along the canals, eat and drink at local spots and you'll return home having really experienced the city. We often visit Montreal in November, certainly not high season but bundle up and enjoy!

Thanks Fay!

Very clean, conveniently located

  • 5 of 5

Was a little nervous about the place as I have never not just booked a hotel when going away... ended up being very impressed and plan on using this place again next time I'm in Montreal! We fit four people very comfortably. Air conditioning worked very well, apartment was always cool and comfortable. The place was spotless when we arrived and the owner was always available to contact via call or text however there was no need! We had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Montreal.

Like Home Away From Home

  • 5 of 5

This was our first HomeAway trip and the first time really, that we haven't stayed in a hotel. The property owner was fantastic. She responded to all of our questions and even gave us some suggestions where to find food, shopping and other important facts about the area.

Most importantly, the property was clean, comfortable, well furnished and really made the trip to Montreal all the nicer. It was just terrific to be able to arrive "home" after a long day of walking and sightseeing with the kids!

One tip for anyone staying here, check out the bar-b-que restaurant - Le Smoking BBQ on Ste. Catherine Ouest. Its a real hidden gem!

We look forward to our next HomeAway trip!

Fabulous Location... Easy to get to anywhere you want to see or do in Montreal!!

  • 4 of 5

Great Location.. to everywhere we need to get to in Montreal.. Perfect Size place for our needs!! Will Rent Again..4Star Rating

Very Clean apartment.. amazing bathroom/shower!!

The Second Bedroom could have a more comfortable bed to sleep in... after a long day a comfy bed is always nice to crawl into... that is the only down fall and plus there is no where for the person in the second bedroom to put there clothes.

Would have loved to have chairs out front to sit on as we did have many nice days..but maybe because it was still not summer lounging weather that may have been why. Still Highly recommend this place to rent!!

Love the fact the place had a parking space available to us.. very convenient!!

Will defiantly book this place again to stay at..

Thanks for Everything!!

Great location, clean pleasant place to stay

  • 4 of 5

clean pleasant apartment in the basement of a greystone house blocks from Atwater and St Catherine St. right downtown. Walking distance and on the subway line to everywhere you want to be.

Faye was helpful when the electronic lock messed up and was very accomadating in allowing extra guests at no extra charge and giving us extra towels when asked.

Apartment could use a few bedside lights but besides that the furnishings were good, bed was comfy

would stay here again

Great find!

  • 5 of 5

We loved this apartment! My boyfriend and I stayed here five nights. It was always cozy and warm and had everything we needed. Super close to train stations and fairly central to everything, we attended a couple of baseball games at the Olympic stadium across town and it only took about 25 minutes to get there by train. The apartment had lovely luxuries like a heated bathroom floor, full kitchen, and a very comfortable bed. The owner was a pleasure to communicate with. We look forward to making a return trip!
