Come relax in this beautiful intimate environment. This cottage has a large sun terrace, patio set and is surrounded by trees which offers great privacy. Enjoy views of the St.Lawrence or take a short stroll down to the water's edge.
The cottage is one bedroom/bathroom. A fold-away cot is available if required (it fits in the bedroom). The cottage is fully furnished, including a BBQ - you just need your clothes. WiFi and cable are included. We also just renovated the bathroom (March 2016).
It is located just minutes 15 minutes from Quebec City with lots of nearby amenities in Levis - grocery stores, butcher, fromagerie, public market, restaurants, cinema, golf, bike path, etc. A beautiful space to unwind and relax!
We live in Montreal with our little daugther Anna. Mario is from Quebec and we spend as much time as possible there. I am from Newfoundland (small island on the east coast of Canada) and Quebec City is one of my favorite cities in the world! I have travelled a lot so that means something!
Leslie Russell purchased this cottage in 2011
Mario's summer cottage was just next door and his grand-father originally developed this area of cottages.
One wall of the cottage is entirely windows. So beautiful to wake up to the view of only water and trees ..... I love to have my coffee on the terrace and just relax.
We loved your cottage. It is such a nice place to stay. Your father was very sweet and very helpful. Thanks for providing such a comfortable rental.
The property was lovely for 2 adults. The view of the river was terrific. We also walked down to the river and, although it was quite a hike on the way back up to the cottage, it was worth it. The drive to QC took about a half hour with traffic however being away from the hustle and bustle of the city was what we wanted. There are few restaurants in the area but exploring further we discovered some delightful small gems. Great value for the money. This property would not be safe for small children nor would there be room. Best for two people.
Cute little place with glimpses of the St. Lawrence River and sunset
through the trees. Kitchen well equipped. Woodland surrounding and very quiet. Very convenient to the bridge to Quebec City. A few tweaks would make it 5 stars.
Lovely setting on a steep road with shoreline access to the St. Lawrence River further down the hill. Even though we were 20 minutes from Quebec City, it felt like we were in the country. Plenty of local farms in the area but also close to more commercial shopping areas. The cottage is small, really just two rooms, but it was perfect for myself and two children with a mattress provided by our host. It was clean, airy and the property was well maintained. I would definitely recommend to friends and relatives.
Loved the big corner windows looking out over the St Lawrence. The deck, patio, and barbecue area were beautiful as well.
The place was clean and bright and more than roomy enough for my wife and me who stayed a couple of nights in July.
Great cozy, private home. Owners very accommodating. Short ride to beautiful downtown Quebec. Spectacular view of St Lawrence River
This cottage is a sweet contrast after a day of sightseeing in busy Quebec City: morning coffee on the deck overlooking the river was a great way to start the day.
