Totally Remodeled! Gorgeous modern bright 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in peaceful neighborhood of Del Rey. Adjacent to Marina Del Rey, Venice and Culver City. 5-10 minutes to beach, marina and Santa Monica.

Can accommodate up to 8 guests: 6 in beds, 2 in sofa bed.

Master LIME bedroom: Queen bed (sleeps 2), french doors, original restored hardwood floors, hi tech glass desk, private bath with vessel sink, glass frame less shower enclosure, walk in closet.

2nd bedroom BLUE room: Queen bed (sleeps 2)

The house is in a peaceful residential neighborhood with other houses. Only a few blocks from the 405 or 90 freeways for easy access to other parts of Los Angeles and Southern California. Del Rey is a hip neighborhood with a beach-y vibe on the cool west side of Los Angeles. It is becoming trendy with restaurants and bakeries like Hot Cakes Bakes. You can walk to Geo's Organic Coffee at the end of the street for your morning java fix!

About Kathryn Morea

I've lived in Santa Monica since the mid 1990's. I've always enjoyed the perfect weather, walking around the Promenade, and exploring great restaurants. I love finding new restaurants but try to balance this obsession by going to the gym :-) I like to travel quite a bit myself and tend tend to book tours, cruises or book an airbnb and stay in a city exploring for a few days. I always learn things by traveling and I think it helps make me a better host.

We bought this house because it's location on the Westside, adjacent to Marina Del Rey and the beachy vibe of being close to beach and marina, yet also close to 405 freeway for easy access to other parts of So Cal.

What makes this house unique

We love that this house is in a peaceful residential neighborhood. Yet close enough to walk to the local coffee house at end of street, or bike to Venice Beach. The spacious front and back yards will provide guests with space to spread out and enjoy the fantastic California sunshine.

Beautiful House

Me and my friends (8 people) stayed at this beautiful property for the weekend. The house is exactly as the photos. The backyard is beautiful (pics doesn't do it justice). The biggest plus was Kathryn! She was available and responded quickly to any of my questions. It was a joy to stay in a house that is centrally located. Me and my friends would definitely stay there again.

Awesome property exactly as picured

This house is exactly as pictured and described. The neighborhood is quiet and the table and chairs on the back patio provide a great place to unwind after a long day of activities. Kathryn and her assistant Lisa were very attentive to our needs and even provided some additional fans to help the house cool more quickly in the evenings after having it closed up all day while we were busy. Love the open kitchen/family room that provides a great common area for hanging out... worked great for our 4 adults and 3 teens on our visit.

Exactly as described!

We stayed in this house, which is exactly as described and as pictured. Kathryn was very attentive to our needs and also provided some additional fans to help quickly cool the house in the evenings since our stay was in July. The neighborhood was quiet and parking on the street was not a problem. Bathrooms are updated and the whole house was very clean. Loved seeing the fruit trees in the yard and sitting out back feeling the cool evening air while enjoying a cocktail and discussing the next day's plans. Location was really convenient for Santa Monica beach & pier, Venice and other coastal areas. Would definitely stay here again!

great house and location for visiting LA and the beaches

Cute little house with super hot water! Nice neighbors and if you're lucky you may catch the lady pushing her cart by with corn (covered with mayo and cheese). Made for a great part of the stay.

Beautiful modern home in the perfect location!

House was beautiful and the location was perfect, we were able to go to various beaches because everything was so close. Accommodations were amazing from the time the reservation was made til our last day, I highly recommend this home and would stay there again for sure!

Wonderful Girls' Weekend

We had a great stay. Very clean. Everything we needed was available. The location was great. We rented a vehicle and usually found parking out front and when there was none available we parked on the gravel pad in the back.

Very easy to book and arrange. Kathryn was super responsive and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. If I ever went back I would rent this place again.
