Totally Remodeled in 2013! Gorgeous modern bright 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in peaceful neighborhood of Del Rey. Adjacent to Marina Del Rey, Venice and Culver City. 5-10 minutes to beach, marina and Santa Monica.

This house is being completely remodeled in summer of 2013 - All furnishings, linens, dishes - everything- are new as of Summer 2013!

Can accommodate up to 8 guests: 6 in beds, 2 in sofa bed.

Master LIME bedroom: Queen bed (sleeps 2), french doors, original restored hardwood floors, hi tech glass desk, private bath with vessel sink, glass frame less shower enclosure, walk in closet.

2nd bedroom BLUE room: Queen bed (sleeps 2)

Del Rey is a hip neighborhood with a beach-y vibe on the cool west side of Los Angeles. It is becoming trendy with restaurants and bakeries like Hot Cakes Bakes. You can walk to Geo's Organic Coffee at the end of the street for your morning java fix!

Wonderful Girls' Weekend

We had a great stay. Very clean. Everything we needed was available. The location was great. We rented a vehicle and usually found parking out front and when there was none available we parked on the gravel pad in the back.

Very easy to book and arrange. Kathryn was super responsive and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. If I ever went back I would rent this place again.

Clean, Comfortable & Colorful Home

We enjoyed our 3 night stay in LA in this home, which is centrally located to downtown, Venice Beach and Santa Monica. The home was clean, all 3 bedrooms well appointed and comfortable, bathrooms well maintained and functioning properly. Patio area area is enjoyable with attractive garden and grill worked great! Kudos to Kathryn & Lisa for being highly responsive and helpful.

Excellent stay in this adorable house

A group of friends from high school were in town for a friend's wedding, and this house was perfect for our reunion. It comfortably fit all of us for the weekend and I absolutely loved the design of the kitchen and how each room had a unique feel to it. We really enjoyed chatting outside on the patio and the neighborhood was really convenient. Thank you so much to the host - she was really great at quickly answering all my questions and even greeted us with a card and bottle of wine - a wonderful and personal touch! I'd highly recommend this house, but do note that there is no AC, just fans in the bedrooms and LA can get hot. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay, thank you!

A great space in a great location

This house is beautifully simple in it's remodel. It was great for our family with enough open space for our 2 young children to play. The owner and manager were very friendly and attentive, keeping the place looking quite nice. The neighborhood is fairly middle class, with friendly neighbors on either side.

Lovely place and great communication

I was nervous about booking online until I spoke with this owner. She was always available by phone and very accommodating. The location and decor were my favorite parts. The bike trail and proximity to the beach is nice, and there are plenty of places in walking distance to get breakfast. Our group really enjoyed it. It was very quite, peaceful, and safe. We look forward to staying here again.
