Jack and Peggy
We (Jack and Peggy in the picture) love life and are living in the moment, as much as we can. Jack is retired and I am holding a full time job. We like to entertain and make our guests feel at home.
We love the outdoors, travel, hiking, camping, and we love our home's setting. It is where we can relax and enjoy the pleasures of nature.
Jack and Peggy purchased this cottage in 2009
How can you not fall in love with this cute and tranquil 1880 Cottage and the neighborhood. Therefore returning guests will get 10% off the nightly rate (remind me).
One unique benefit is that the guest cottage is so tranquil and has a positive energy flowing through. Our guests did pick up on that and are saying our homes have a 'heart' and that it does affect their state of mind in a good way.
The cottage has an open floorplan, a cozy corner, and a lovely veranda with two rocking chairs looking out on the roses. Next to the guest cottage is another seating area with a fire pit and a two seat swing canopy (not a swing for children), which we invite our guest to use and enjoy.
The Crafthome and the guest cottage are located on a corner, which gives us some privacy, and a perfect place to entertain people. We are growing our own vegetables, fruit, and flowers we love.
You have to see and experience this place of paradise, our Peace of Inspiration cottage, then you will see and feel what I am talking about.
This cottage is perfect for couples.
Don't want to give away this secret but what a wonderful place to stay if going to Anaheim Convention Center or anywhere else in the area. Peggy and Jack were delightful and cottage was totally charming and clean with a fabulous kitchen and comfy bed. In walking distance to downtown Anaheim with cute shops and delicious restaurants. All two thumbs up!!
We had a lovely time in our first family trip to California. Peggy and Jack are very organized and helped us with the questions that we had. The cottage is very clean and well equipped. The setting is very peaceful and the location is central to many attractions. The Wadie family.
This was EXACTLY what they said it was. A cute little cottage right near Disney. SUPER nice landlord. the house was perfect for our little family. Even though the owners were right next door we didn't feel like they intruded. I would absolutely rent this place again. We spent Christmas day there and loved every minute!
We had a great stay at the cottage for the Thanksgiving holiday. Very close to Disneyland and many other area attractions. This cozy cottage is a great home base for your vacation in lovely Anaheim. We highly recommend this place for your small groups and families.
My wife and I and our two teenage daughters really enjoyed our stay at this cute little cottage. Super short distance away from Disneyland. Quite environment. There was a jug of fresh water waiting our arrival. We could see the fireworks from Disneyland from the front porch which was really nice. It was small but not too small. The kitchen was a good size. We struggled with the one tiny bathroom but then again I have two teenage daughters. All in all we felt it very cozy. My kids loved the foot massage machine after a long day of walking in Disneyland! I would recommend this cottage to a family of 4 but not much bigger. We will come back for sure!
Cute cottage with everything you need including AC! It was perfect for me, my husband and 2 year old. You can watch the diner fireworks from the front porch!!
