House, 3 Bedrooms + Loft, 3 Baths, Family room (Sleeps 7-9), Pool

Ideally located for a vacation in sunny San Diego our modern Mission Hills home has it all: spectacular views of San Diego Bay, Point Loma, and the Pacific Ocean, a beautiful heated pool, and outdoor dining with a built in gas powered barbecue. The house has hardwood floors throughout, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel GE Monogram appliances, a large family room with an office, and an added loft space with additional bathroom. Spectacular Bay views as well as views of Point Loma from the living room, family room, upstairs loft, and the large balcony.

The approximately 3,000 square foot house has three bedrooms- Master Bedroom with a California King bed, additional bedroom with a Queen Bed, and a children's room with a twin over full bunk bed (bottom unit can sleep two). Two of the bedrooms overlook a beautiful garden and one overlooks the pool/patio area. In addition to the 7 guests in beds, there is additional accommodation for up to 2 additional guests (pull out sofa in downstairs living room. Aerobeds available by request.

Luxurious bedding with 800/500 count linens, microfiber towels, and pool/beach towels provided.

The pool has an electric powered cover for child safety.

Located above Old Town (5-10 minute walk to countless restaurants and shops in Old Town) in the desirable North Mission Hills section, the house is easily accessible from I-5 and I-8- you are less than 10 minutes from San Diego airport, Sea World, the world famous San Diego Zoo, Downtown and various beaches; 15 minutes from the center of La Jolla. 5 minutes from Little Italy and the Presidio. Liberty Station and Hillcrest are both 5 minutes away, allowing for great dining and shopping. Mission Valley shopping is also 5 minutes away.

Long time residents of mission hills, a job relocation has separated us from our beloved home. By turning it into a vacation rental we can continue to enjoy it for many years to come and share it with you.

Mission Hills is our favorite San Diego neighborhood- spectacular views, convenient to every attraction, beautiful neighborhood, and a spectacular house.

What makes this house unique

We love not only the house and its amenities which allow for many great activities (poolside barbecues, leisurely outdoor lunches, breakfast on the upper balcony overlooking San Diego Bay, and simply relaxing in the pool) but also being in Mission Hills- a morning and early evening stroll through this lovely community is a must. The location could not be more convenient- minutes to the center of Hillcrest, La Jolla, Little Italy, and Downtown, as well as Balboa Park. Mission Bay is less than 5 minutes away.

Beautiful home and perfect for our family!

This home was exactly as pictured and advertised. The home has a wonderful "open concept", large well-stocked kitchen, very clean and well maintained. We had our 2 and 4 year old granddaughters with us and everything we needed was already there........a double and single stroller, two pack n plays, stair gates (if needed). We all enjoyed the heated pool and it was just the right size for the little ones. The property manager, Adita, was very responsive to my phone calls and questions. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, especially those with young children.

Mission Hills

Our experience with the Mission Hills home was terrific. It is such a great location, the house and yard are excellent. Our family had a great time staying in San Diego. Everything in the house is exactly as advertised. It was extremely clean and perfectly ready for our stay, the property manager responded quickly to the small questions that we had. The house completely fit our needs, it is very easy to get to, 10 minutes from everything. We have 4 small children and they had everything on hand that we could need, the pool was great for them. We enjoyed our stay.

Lights over San Diego!

We had a perfect experience, for which we thank Kathy and Ori (and Adita, who took care of things as we arrived.)

This was a Christmas reunion for us - myself and partner, my four children, three of their spouses and 3 grandchildren. One of these children lives in San Diego, so we have visited many times and have stayed in various rental homes. This one was special, because Kathy was so welcoming when I made the reservation and continued to take a personal interest as our visit approached.

We took advantage of sunsets ( and the lights of the city) on the roof and relaxation in the pool; we went on our usual hikes and visited Sea World and the Safari Park ( the baby had his first experiences of all sorts of animals!); we dined out and in (when we had the benefits of the amazing kitchen facilities "at home,

" including the outdoor grill)

It was sad to leave, as we scattered to all corners of the country and overseas, but we all have happy memories of our week in Mission Hills.

Great location, beautiful property!

We had a wonderful stay here. The property was in a great location, very close to airport and downtown San Diego. Host was super accommodating, the property was clean, had a great views and rental rate! Would absolutely recommend this property to others and would stay here again!

San Diego wedding stay

This property was beautiful! The location was no more than 12 minutes from anywhere we needed/wanted to go. Grandchildren ages5 3 1 had great time here. Separate room, separate tv and toys all provided. Pool was great for little kids. Grill was big plus for adults. Property very spacious and clean.

Perfect stay for family

Great experience for our family of four. Centrally located, easy in and out, enough space for everyone to feel comfortable, felt like we were returning to home at the end of our long days. House was clean and comfortable. Had all the amnesties needed for a week long stay.
