'Pride of ownership' describes this tastefully decorated, one bedroom, one bath condominium on the eleventh floor of the 'Beautiful Waikiki Banyan Resort.' The unit has been fully remodeled and includes a full kitchen with oak cabinets and a granite counter top.
An exceptional feature is that this condominium is a corner unit which offers larger square footage and greater views than most other units at the Resort.
The bedroom and living room offer partial views of the ocean, mountains and city. The Lanai is accented with a small table, chairs and a lounge for relaxing.
A nice swimming pool, tennis court, sauna, barbecue facilities and a parking structure are also available at this well maintained Resort.
Only one short block to the beach and the best variety of surf (in season) for beginners to experts. A great location for swimming, snorkeling, or just sunbathing. Car, surfboard, and snorkel rentals nearby. Centrally located for great shopping and dining.

Great Banyan condo
Stayed in Lynn's condo for 10 days in February. He was great to deal with from start to finish. The condo was as described with everything that we needed for our stay. This was not our first visit to Waikiki but was the first renting Lynn's condo and would definitely rent again. Wife and I loved his unit and the fantastic view from the lanai. Availability of beach chairs, towels, etc with a dolly was a definite plus. We did not use the parking pass but it is a definite plus.
Stayed for 3 weeks Nov/Dec, 2016 and thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Dealing with Lynn during the booking process was great. The response time to our questions were immediate and we felt very comfortable dealing with Lynn.
The Condo was as described and contained everything we needed to enjoy a 3 week stay. We cooked quite a few meals and the newer appliances were clean and well maintained.
The beach towels and tommy bahama beach chairs were a bonus. We didn't use the beach umbrella but it was nice to have available if required.
The other bonus is the free parking pass which saves huge dollars. The parkade staff were great to deal with and there was always ample parking space.
Check in and check out went smoothly and the Banyan staff were very accommodating.
I would definitely recommend this Condo for a worry free vacation.
Desirable Corner Unit Indeed!
Our family of 4 stayed here for 8 nights in June. Initially we were a little concerned about the size of the one-bedroom unit. We were pleasantly surprised that there was more than ample size for us all and our luggages. Waikiki Banyan is a great condo to stay in due to its convenient location, and we couldn't have asked for a more ideal unit than this. Except for the sofa bed which was too soft (but the children weren't complaining), everything else was perfect.
Lynn was a dream to work with - I had some issues regarding the deposit and payment mode and Lynn did her best to accommodate my requests. She was very prompt replying to my emails and provided all the details needed to make our stay easy and comfortable.
When we return to Waikiki in the future, we will definitely stay at Waikiki Banyan again. And I wouldn't bother checking out other units - Lynn's would be my first and only choice!

We had a fantastic 6 nights staying at the condo which is on the 11th floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and really liked the condo and the overall complex/ location. The apartment is one block from the beach, with nice views of the beach from the kitchen, bedroom and balcony.
The condo is a good size as its a corner apartment, and has a full size kitchen (full fridge, oven/stove, microwave etc). Cable TV, nice size lounge room and nice size bathroom area.
The owner is very generous with providing beach towels, umbrella, chairs etc that you will require for the beach. You also have access to a car park pass for free parking during your stay.
We would certainly recommend the condo to family and friends and we will return when we get back to Waikiki again!
Amazing Getaway and Perfect Location!!
My parents had the pleasure to stay and enjoy this unit for a week.. The location was more than perfect, you can walk to everything, and my parents are seniors so it was so easy for them. The actual Condo was in beautiful condition, very clean, and they loved having a nice kitchen. One of the most favorite for them was the Beautiful Balcony, the view was "magical" as my mom and dad stated, they did not want to come home! The owners were so very nice, prompt, and provided my parents with details to make their stay comfortable. I would recommend this place for anyone that wants to be in the center of all the fun on this Island. Thank you- great location and great place to stay, this is a good one to keep going back too. :)
Best Condo In Waikiki
We had a wonderful stay in this unit. It was clean, neat and quiet. We had coffee every morning sitting on the porch enjoying the ocean view. We highly recommend this unit and we will definitely be returning in the near future. The owners are very pleasant to talk to and they called us promptly to answer questions we had which made our decision to stay there very easy. We had a car rental and parking was included, a very nice option in Waikiki. It was convenient to walk to the beach a block away. Wish we could have stayed longer, it was like home! Mahalo....
We will definitely return to this unit in the near future.

Once guests have confirmed their stay, we will need further information for "positive identification purposes." The necessary information will include the full names of all guests, a photo copy of the responsible guest's positive identification, such as a driver's license or passport. We will also ask for the guests mailing address plus 2 phone contact numbers. The above described information will be required prior to final confirmation of the reservation by the property owner. Advance reservations-Minimum 12 weeks for stays from December 15 to March 15 and 4 weeks for remaining months of the year.
