A stone's throw from the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, this 1200 square foot beachfront condo is the perfect place for your vacation getaway. The condo is a split level unit with 2 very spacious bedrooms on the upper floor, 2.5 bathrooms (full en-suite and guest bathrooms upstairs and a powder room on the main floor) and an updated kitchen, dining/living room and large private balcony on the main floor.

The unit was completely renovated in June 2013, including but not limited to

1. A new 50” plasma TV with Blueray player and extended HD channels in the living room, along with Plasma TV’s in both the master and guest bedrooms.

2. Free high speed wireless internet

3. Free long distance calling anywhere in North America

4. New dining room and living room furniture

5. New kitchen appliances, Corian counters and a glass mosaic backsplash in the kitchen.

6. All new bedroom furniture in both the master and guest bedrooms

7. New high-end patio furniture

A significant benefit to this unit is that you can comfortably sleep all of your guests in the two bedrooms without having to use a pull-out sofa or part of your living room. The master bedroom has a new king size bedroom set and the guest bedroom has a queen bed, as well as a twin-over-double bunk-bed

The Cocoa Beach Club complex itself is one of the nicest maintained buildings in the area and offers a large heated pool, putting green and private access to the beach

LOVE this condo!!

This condo was everything we expected and more. We had 6 people staying and we had more than enough room. The kitchen and "extra amenities" closet was stocked perfectly. We had everything we needed for the week. The beach was amazing and so close. Renting this condo made our trip perfect!! Also I had to contact Drew for something during the week and he answered me almost immediately and was very helpful.

This condo is perfect!!!

We absolutely loved this condo!! We had 6 people staying for the week and we had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is perfectly stocked and the closet with all the "extras" is more than we ever expected. Our family cannot wait to go back next year. I had to contact Drew for something during the week and he answered my email almost immediately.

I could tell you how this condo was perfect for our family, comfortable and tastefully decorated, with a thoroughly-supplied kitchen, and even a convenient washer and dryer (which made this mama's day), but take it instead from our little ones, who are begging to go back for more memories. Here's how our kids remember it, in their very own words (and their very own spelling):

"The amazing Cocoa Beach Club condos made our Florida vacation absolutely wonderful! There are two gorgeously funished bedrooms, and a lovely bathroom near each. We were delighted to find 3 bathrooms throughout the entire condo. There is the biggest, warmest pool ever just outside of the condo, as well as the ocean, which is just as warm as the pool and absolutely beautiful. The living room in the condo features a TV and comfy chairs and couches. The kitchen has everything you would find in a regular kitchen - a freezer and refridgerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a stove and oven. There is also a washing machine and dryer quite near to the kitchen. The people who made the condo thought of everything and it is very highly recommended." by Kendra

Very comfortable a home away from home

We really liked the condo! It was very spacious,clean and comfortable. Everything we were looking for. The wifi worked very well. It had everything we needed for the beach, towels, umbrella, chairs, and a cooler.

The pool was immaculate and the water crystal clear. The grounds were free of debris and well kept. We met the managers and they were very friendly and you could really tell they cared about the place. We felt the surrounding common areas were very clean and inviting.

The beach was wonderful and may be a new favorite for us. We were so close to the pier we went everyday. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We really didn't even need a car. The beach was not overly crowded . Drew was easy to get a hold of and responded immediately with any questions we had.

Looking forward to renting it again in the future.

Great accomodations for the price.

The grounds were pristine & the beach was steps away. Proximity to the pier was also a perk. The unit, itself, was very accommodating and spacious. I mean, yes, the carpet of the stairs needs replacing, the WIFI did not work at all and there were some ants but the pro's outweigh the con's by a good margin...parking was readily available and the place was well stocked with all the accoutrements...would definitely recommend!

Owner's Response: I am glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and apologize for any inconveniences. With regards to this guests concerns 1) The condominium association provides high-speed wireless internet in every unit. The modems/routers are located inside each individual unit and each network has a different owner supplied password (so they are secure). I was not aware that this guest was having any issues until after check-out and was able to solve the problem at that time by resetting the router. In addition, due to the fact that every unit has its own individual and separate network, there are several back-up options available in the event there is ever a temporary problem. 2) The only carpet in the unit is on the stairs and was put in to help prevent guests from slipping when they have wet feet. It was installed in 2013 and is professionally cleaned 3 times per year. It was cleaned the weekend after this guest checked-out and unfortunately the guests staying before this reviewer had left a couple stains on the stairs. 3) The entire building and the individual units are inspected and sprayed monthly by the condominium associations pest control company. If you ever find a bug or ant inside your unit, you can let the onsite manager know and they will send out the pest control representative at no charge. We recommend that any our guests having issues, such as WiFi, please contact us immediately so that we can address them right away. We provide our email address and cell phone number to all of guests so that they can contact us anytime.

Our stay in May 2015

Not quite what we expected. Seems tired, love seat scratched up, walls banged up, carpet on stairs stained/dirty. Ants all over stove/counter area-very small ants got into our box of donuts had to throw out, guy came to spray said I don't spray for ants. Found out Thursday that tv in bunk room did not work, comes on a spanish channel, volume or channels would not change either with remote or buttons on tv. lots of beach toys, not so well on cleaning supplies, for example have broom but no dust pan. Lots of glass tables but no glass cleaner or paper towels. Do not go if dis-abled!! Flight of stairs up to condo then another flight up to bedrooms. Nice shower in king bedroom but no non slip mat. Next time for me, more research and spend another couple hundred for one of the newer, name brand places, seems that the owners are more worried about how the outside look than the inside.

Less than an hour north is the Daytona Speedway or continue up the coast to tour Beautiful Saint Augustine. The condominium is next to the Cocoa Beach Pier and the Boardwalk.
