About The Owner

We have lived in the area for the past 6 years and enjoy the lifestyle and all the activities surrounding us! We love Frisco and Summit County and take pride in our Royal Glen home and its location.

Why The Owner chose Summit County Colorado

There are 5 ski resorts within 15 minutes. (Copper, Keystone, Breckenridge, A.Basin and Loveland). There are 2 more over the pass - Vail and Beaver Creek. At the end of our block theres the bike path, at the other end of our street is Lake Dillon and in the middle is Main Street Frisco!

What makes this townhome unique

The location! Taking our dog and kids on hikes directly from the home. Walking to dinner *all seasons. Walking to Main Street festivals and the Marina in the summer. Hopping on the bus to Copper & surrounding areas - steps away from our front deck.

Great, spacious rental

  • 5 of 5

My family enjoyed this spacious townhouse! The six of us plus our dog had plenty of room for privacy and togetherness. We loved having use of the garage for our bikes and outdoor gear. The location was great for walking into town and accessing many trails, the marina and the bike path. Everything we needed and more was available in the kitchen for meal preparation. Only sad we couldn't use the community hot tub - green and full of dirt. We hope to come back again!

The perfect location

  • 4 of 5

As my husband and I drove back from the Frisco Nordic Center today, we commented how perfectly located this property is. The property is centrally located to skiing, good dining, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and grocery stores. We were close to Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Frisco Nordic Center, and Keystone.

Besides the central location, the amenities of the property were, generally, pretty good. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need for cooking. The condo even had nice sharp knives for cutting meats and cheeses. The beds were amazingly comfortable. And, a real plus was the wood fireplace with a stack of wood in the garage and on the porch. Wifi, TV and other electronic stuff worked great. Also, the view from the dining room and the upstairs master bedroom was awesome.

One downside was the cleanliness of the condo. Whatever service the owner uses does not do a thorough job. We found a lot of dog hair in the bathroom. Additionally, we found a number of dishes (pans, glasses, eating utensils, etc.) that were grossly dirty with peanut butter and grease still on them.

Another downside was the, basically, inaccessible hot tub. When my husband went out to check on it, he said he had to climb over a mound of snow to get to it and then, he found the cover to the hot tub covered with snow.

One annoying downside was the number of cars parked in areas that were probably not allowed, which impeded our ability to swing wide enough to get into the garage.

The downsides, however, did not overshadow the wonderful aspects of the condo.

Thanks !!!

Awesome Location, Excellent Owner, Cozy Property

  • 5 of 5

3 couples and pup stayed here for a weekend staycation. The owner, Heidi was very responsive and helpful. The condo itself is very close to main street. We walked a few blocks for dinners, and supplies. The temple trail is close for long dog walks, and the drive to Copper mountain was a snap! We had everything we needed, to cook meals, and be comfortable. The layout is spacious and we never felt crowded and you can tell the home has some nice updates. We will definitely return and had a great time. Thanks Heidi.

PS - The copy of "Aspen Extreme" was a much appreciated way to get excited for the next ski day!

Illinois Skiers

We needed a pet friendly condo/townhome in Frisco for a Thanksgiving week ski trip. This townhome offers multiple levels so we could all be comfortable. While each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom, there is no bath on the main floor. Not an issue for us, but wanted to mention it. The use of the garage and the "breezeway" connecting the garage to the house was really convenient. We drove to the shops in Frisco, but in nice weather it would be a good walk. It is a short drive to Copper Mountain, as well as other ski areas. The townhome is clean and well taken care of. It is a good value for the size and accommodations. The owner/manager is extremely easy and responsive to deal with. We will keep this townhome on our list for future visits.

Great choice for family lodgeing

  • 5 of 5

We were extremely happy with our choice of this Townhome. It is walking distance to downtown Frisco and a short drive to Ski Copper. The rooms were well maintianed and clean. With 4 little ones and 2 teenangers, we had pleanty of space for them to play and us to relax. If it available next time we go it would be my first choice based on price and value of amenities. Thanks for a great restful vacation.

Excellent Deal and Place

  • 5 of 5

Loved loved loved. Absolutely no complaints. The owners were excellent to work with and the price is more than reasonable for what is provided. The house more than comfortably fit all of us (6). Nearby hot tub, walking distance to restaurants/bars and proximity to I70 (members of our group all have different ski passes) were all HUGELY beneficial. I would definitely recommend this place and will use it in the future.
