Completely immaculate renovated beach house, open & airy living room with cathedral ceiling, skylights, ceiling fans, A/C, slate floors throughout - no carpets, no pets.

3 bedrooms plus full size Murphy Bed, 2.5 bath, 1st & 2nd bedroom king size beds, 3rd bedroom queen bed. Renovated kitchen w/dishwasher, microwave, dining & den with sleeper sofa, 4 T.V.'s, WiFi, DVD, Stereo, washer/dryer.

Sliding doors open to private yard with gas bbq, fire pit and jacuzzi tub which is perfectly nestled on deck. Stroll back from beach rinse off in the outdoor shower then sit back and relax in this 4 to 6 person hot tub and view the moon & stars (hot tub is emptied and cleaned after every rental).

This house is an ideal Montauk location, 3/4 mile from Gosman's Dock and all other Montauk harbor restaurants, shops and water activities.

Amazing stay in Montauk!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home in Montauk. First of all, Terry was wonderful to work with- easy to contact and very helpful. The location was perfect for our family. The private bay beach was 2 blocks away and perfect for our two year old. The town and other beaches was just a super quick drive. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of this popular town. The pictures shown on this website do not even do the home justice. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, updated and CLEAN. The bedrooms were all a great size. The bathrooms were large. The outdoor shower was great for after beach showers. The size of the yard was amazing and it was super private. We utilized the jacuzzi and the fire pit each night. This house truly had everything you could need in a getaway home!!

Our most comfortable and relaxing stay in Montauk!

This home was everything described and more. After 8 years of vacationing in Montauk we found the perfect home for us. We truly enjoyed coming back to this house after a day at the beach. The home is immaculate, and truly comfortable. The jacuzzi was perfect at night. The location of this home is close to restaurants and the beach. The privacy and location of this home added to it's appeal. My family has been talking about our vacation for the last year! We can't wait to rent here again and have recommended it to family and friends.
